I found this place to be extremely comfortable. Loved the pool, the design, the decor, the facilities. My room was SO comfortable, and the bed was even more comfortable. This chain is pretty much the same as the American hotel chain, "Extended Stay". Very much the feel of being in a roadside hotel across the border. Really enjoyed my stay.

The location is quite poor, not close to any city center, not close to the airport, not even close to a convenience store. There's also no breakfast, with only some food available for purchase at their little market beside the office.

I rented 2 rooms, one of the ac unit wasn't working., and problems with cable. Tub was broken.

Room wasn't clean and it smelled bad. It smelled old and dingy. The rug looked dirty and un vacuumed.

The room smelled like a dirty dog, wall paper was peeling and stained at ac unit, needing upgrades, the kitchen had no pots, pans, plates, cups or cutlery

Room is good

The staff always not helpful and asked me to wait 20 mnutes and she forgot she's always unhelpful and in a bad mood
