The Location is pretty good. Away from the High St. noise but close enough to walk to Store Bay. The Nice Cat from next door that kept coming over.

I didn't choose Ursala's. This was done by one of my relatives in NY. They based their choice on the fact that there was 13 in our party and the Website clearly stated a house accommodating 14? (It's since been changed to 12). They asked me to book and pay the deposit. The fee was at least $1500.00 more than what was advertised when you include a Housekeeping charge. Also I had to pay $2100.00 upon arrival as a security deposit in cash, that would not be returned to me until a few days after we left the property by bank transfer. Also they don't take VISA. Cash only. I wasn't happy about that. Corresponding with the CSR on Whatsapp was not good. They extra charge for everything and they are not cheap. Better could of been had at a hotel but the group was large - 13. When I questioned why they were charging $500.00 for an extra bed when they provided one bed less, I was called aggressive and rude. I never resorted to name calling or I would have call them Petty and Unprofessional. The first night I slept on the Sofa. The next day in the evening they bought over a mattress from an empty bed next door. The website states Pool Access but they don't mention the pool is next door and is only available when the residents are not using it. Which is mostly never. The person on the Whatsapp group (Malika) clearly needs Customer Training. Would we go again or reccommend? Probably not.

On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, the location great.

Did not really adhere to Booking.com terms and conditions. The conversion rate used was not the dailies rate online but a standard made-up rate. Even though we indicated a mistake was made concerning an extra person , the landlord indicated in writing it was ok. We also encountered broken patio tiles with mats to hide them. Terrible slip hazard for a disabled person. Broken showers, stained surfaces , faults hidden, dryer without knobs(electric hazard), cleanliness not to the best, and an awful smell on arrival. The landlord made the experience difficult as well. For the price we paid we could have booked into a better hotel and have our rooms cleaned daily. Despite paying a cleaning fee, we had no one clean for us. We cleaned up as always once we were ready to check out.
