Location was very good, handy to everything we needed. Keys were picked up easily but no host involved so unable to rate. Everything we needed was supplied. A spa bath was advertised, the bath was there but not set up for a spa, a bit disappointing. But overall I would highly recommend this property.

I recently had a stay at a supposedly dog-friendly accommodation, and boy, was it a letdown. I thought I'd have a great time with my friendly, non-barking pup, but instead, I encountered a nightmare. First off, there was this neighbor who seemed to have a problem with every little bark my dog made, even though she's usually quiet. It felt like they were just waiting to complain about anything dog-related. Talk about being on edge throughout the whole stay! To make matters worse, I was slapped with an absurd extra charge for supposed "excess hair." Let me tell you, my dog doesn't shed that much, and there was no excessive hair to begin with. I understand cleanliness is important, but come on, a dog-friendly place should expect and deal with a small amount of fur as part of their regular cleaning routine. But here's the real kicker: when I spoke with the management about these issues, they were absolutely useless and disrespectful. They didn't listen to my concerns, and their attitude was plain rude. Talk about adding insult to injury! All in all, my experience at this dog-friendly accommodation was a total bust. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free stay with their four-legged buddy. Save yourself the headache and find a place where they actually understand what "dog-friendly" means.
