I loved the room so comfortable and everything was good but one thing I didn’t like about it that the breakfast didn’t come with your room you have to buy it and is 16.99 per person that is crazy and still got to leave some tips too and other thing to I wasn’t in my room and they went to the room and got the towel but didn’t even try to clean the floor or the cover to the beds I thought if the got the towel they will get the cover too but noooo

There was a lady in housekeeping named Leslie that went above and beyond and was the most pleasant person! She was super friendly and positive and I enjoyed our conversations! Everyone there was great but she really stood out!

Excellent job during check-in! It was in late January, so I had the pick of room & beds. The indoor pool was the main reason for booking, and it was great. Breakfast was also wonderful. Staff was the best. Will add them to future stops!

Came into Panama City for a basketball tournament. Front desk and restaurant manager were awesome. Rooms were clean, beds were soft and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the inside pool and small convenience store they had.
My only negative was the server they had on morning shift in the restaurant. I think her name was Sarah. She was extremely rude to everyone that came for breakfast with me. She act like she didn’t want to serve us. She didn’t greet with a smile or anything. Then proceeded to wave us away like we were bothering her.

The decor and finishings are beautiful - but our room needed a good, deep cleaning. After showering, there was water on the bathroom floor - we used a towel to wipe it up - when finished, the towel was full of dirt and grime. We did not take our shoes off while in our room.
