The room was fantastic, very friendly service at check-in, great breakfast. We love the location, and that we can walk to Hannaford's to pick up snacks and drinks after a long day in Acadia and Bar Harbor. This is our go-to hotel when visiting Acadia! It was our second stay here and won't be our last.

I was unhappy to learn that they have no elevators to get your luggage and yourself to the second floor. Our room ceiling has a huge crack that looked like pieces could fall down on us.

Building needs some attention, lobby was in rough shape but the clerk was very friendly and efficient in getting us checked in. Our room was decent with a few small things they could have improved upon. Lifted the toilet seat to find old urine on the bowl. Room next to ours was weird looking from the parking lot. Like it was abandoned with a bunch of junk piled up everywhere...felt kind of strange knowing that was just on the other side of the wall from us. Otherwise no real complaints and we were only here for one night.

We checked into the first room and it was awful, the front desk person was very nice and found another room for us. The second room was better but not to the standard that I am use too. Our two night stay there was over $500 and the manager only refunded me $75 for the poor conditions of the first room, which included mouse droppings, a dead bug, and chips on the floor between night stand and bed. Needless to say we will never stay at another Wyndham Property again.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Nice decor. Big hole in ceiling. Extended-stay hotel. Kitchen area with counter, dishwasher, and full-sized refrigerator, but no cooktop. Limited to microwaved food options (except the microwave didn't work). Overall, hotel appeared in need of a refresh.

Was an Ok property for the money . No elevator and we had plaster about the size of a breadbox missing from the ceiling! Glad it didn’t rain!

they don’t have room clean up service everyday and you need to put trash and used towels outside of the room every day. Breakfast was good. Shopping center, restaurants in walking distance.

The overall property is outdated in many areas and you can easily hear noise from the hallway. I wouldn't recommend it.

Bathroom had a bad smell like someone has been urinating on the floor. But it’s not a cleaning issue. Cleaness was actually not bad. I told front desk staff about the issue during my 3 days stay. Some didn’t look surprised but sending someone to clean and spray was the only thing that could be done. One of the front desk staff told me that she was very sensitive to smell and went in the room but didn’t smell anything. That was not helpful as you really couldn’t prove smell. Room was spacious but the bathroom smell killed all. Breakfast had mostly carbs. If you don’t eat carbs, your only option would be pre-packaged hard boiled eggs. How hotels.com list this hotel as 3 star was misleading. This was a motel.

Inside appeared to have undergone a renovation. Surprisingly clean. Laundry facilities were a bonus. The staff in breakfast area was spot on. Located adjacent to a grocery store so super convenient for rooms with kitchenettes.

The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was good.
Everything else was good except that the staff would not clean your room but instead they will just send you towels and stuff. Plus you need to put your trash out and bring new trash bags in every day! It doesn't say that when you reserve your room so that was surprise

The bed is on noisy box springs. You can't sit or moved on them without them making a loud noise and the mattress is not comfortable. Everything else is very nice

We really liked the ease of check -in and the quick getting in the hotel . there was a mistake in our reservation as I booked the room for 3 people on expedia and they booked me in a room with one bed when i had booked two queen beds . The hotel was quick to change our room to a much bigger room with a small kitchen with no extra cost to us .

Tommy was redone but towel hook was already ripped out of wall. Front entrance overhang had gaping hole. Pool old and bad smell. Outside of property needed maintenance.

Convenient location to Br Harbor and Acadia National Park. AC worked well, rooms spacious with large fridge and utensils and dishes. Place was clean and within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurant and coffee shop. Would stay again.

Really liked that they had Tesla charging station next to the hotel. Breakfast for typical and room and bathroom were clean. Only thing I disliked was how soft the mattress was and pillow were almost flat. They need to have the form mattresses and pillows. Couldn’t sleep, tossed and turned all night to find a position that was comfortable. Most of the hotels have the same issues but it was only one night so dealt with it. It’s only two stories and we took the stairs to go to our room on the second floor which I had requested not sure if there was an elevator. Overall it was fine and 23 mins from Bar Harbor/Acadia NP

Staff was very friendly and very chatable. Its very convinent to grocery store which is right to it. It would be nice if they can serve scamble eggs for breakfast rather than self made waffle.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The stuff was amazing. They brought anything we asked for immediately. Me and my husband were traveling with 3 kids all 15. Good locations not far from Acadia NP. Very clean! Had all we needed. The breakfast was good, the kids LOVED. The chocolate croissant and waffles. We would stay there again.

I'm satisfied with everything. However, I personally want an electric kettle in the room. And I couldn't drink coffee or tea because the coffee machine didn't have a cup. I liked the area around the hotel because it was convenient and quieter than I thought.

Room was exactly as requested, 2Q's sofabed. Bedroom was separate from the sitting area & sofabed. Perfect set up.
