I was in DC for an alumni event and wanted to stay somewhere easily accessible to the Northeast section of the city. The location was just right, but the rest was just average. The elevator smelled like weed at various times, and the public areas and my room were a little run down. The hallway on the way to my room was really hot - like the heat was turned all the way up - and even though it was cool outside I had to have the A/C/ on (moderately) because of the heat.
There was an event being held on Saturday, so when I returned in the evening there was no parking close by. I parked in the lower level of the parking structure, which was fine, but being on my own, at night, I was a little uncomfortable. It may have been nice to know there was such a big event so I would've been prepared.
There was a lot of noise on the floor where I stayed, especially next door, which didn't quiet down until 4:30am. Check out was fine, but not an overly friendly "thanks and goodbye." Overall, it was fine for the money, but not the best.

The staff at check in was very friendly and quick with getting us set up. The room was clean. There were 2 small issues that maintenance took care of immediately. Would stay there again

Room looked like an apartment from the 1970’s in Harlem. There were 2 doors. And one lead to a roof! View was of a complete wall!

The noisy air conditioner kept me awake all night. I overlooked some reviews that mentioned the outdated and loud unit, and unfortunately, I paid the price, staying up all night and feeling tired the next day. The bed was comfortable, though the furniture could use some updating.

The hotel does not have many amenities but it's located near a lot of shops there are fast food restaurants nearby and a Starbucks within walking distance

Hotel is hold and room smell . Cover sheet is old. Front desk agent on Sunday was nice. I left my car key in the room. When I call back to get my key, I was told to pay a fee to have my car key returned to me. The agent I spoke to on Tuesday was been sarcastic about my car key.

Property was poorly lit and very dated. The smell of dank wet carpet was overwhelming. The rooms were filthy.

On the website it’s say they offer breakfast for free which isn’t true and the rooms needs to be updated I stayed for two days and didn’t receive room service. the toilet was fifty but I called and they had someone to come clean it overall it wasn’t the best hotel I’ve stayed in.

This hotel needs good receptionist, I talked one of them night he was trying to annoying and no answer and trying to avoid questions, I just called 5 minutes ago to clearify my twice credit card charge that still not clear btw, she was pretty rude tone and only suggetion wait for 7 business day ?? Go find a better place to stay

The 2nd shift staff seemed a little peeved but I work 3rd shift at a hotel as well so I understand.

The rooms were dirty and the sheets were nasty. The first room has spots on the sheets so we asked for another room. We immediately sprayed the new room with disinfectant spray and wiped everything down.

The hotel is really dated. Our bathroom had a stain ring on there and bathtub didn't look like it had been washed. The towels also had stains on them. I would not stay here again.
