We were disappointed that the pool heater was broken during our stay, and the hot tub heater worked off and on...I was told that parts were on order. No breakfast unless you want to pay $15.99 for instant reheated food. Very loud when trying to sleep, but it is right off a major highway. 1 working elevator, so we waited a lot for that. Beds were comfortable.

the girl working behind the desk hates her job, she didn't greet me or acknowledge me while I stood in front of her waiting to check in. Attitude from the gate when I said hello. I asked about a balcony she said no you're on the first floor. Okay well when I went to the room that she gave me it was dirty. So I called her she said in a very annoyed voice front desk. I explained it was still dirty she said come up to the front. She gave me a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony. Mind you it's 112° right now in Arizona. Showers drain is on the up slope so it doesn't drain they have a squeegee in there for you to actually squeegee the water to the drain. This is ran down needs an update and they've definitely need to fix the drains in their shower. The bed was comfy though I can't say it wasn't but the front desk attitude was less than spectacular.

It was a nice stay, we were only there due to our water pipes being down at our house. The shower was amazing!! Great water pressure!

The hotel stay itself was fine. I pretty much only slept there and used the gym, did not use any of the restaurant or store options. The gym was clean and had a few cardio machines and weights. The hotel shows a bit of wear and tear, but overall its clear they make an effort toward cleanliness. I would say the reception staff needs some coaching. They were cordial, at best. Definitely not warm and professional as I would expect.

The lobby was clean and inviting. Our room was clean and updated. The pool and hot tub both were maintained and working properly.
The restaurant does not offer lunch but dinner was very good and the breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel and will book it again in the future.

It was nice the pool was excellent opened late and closed early but beautiful. Room was nice first day had to be let in every time we wanted to be let inside due to not being able to make a key. But it was a good time

It was clean and comfy. I wasn't to sure at first just from looking at the outside but it was perfect for our family. Fun swimming pool. Quiet and clean and they have breakfast for $15 each. Walmart is just right right up the street if you need anything.

Rooft top needs to be redone, cleaned up or something. You can see how dirty and old the building is from the balcony rooms. It kind of takes away the hotel experience feel. The rooms inside aren’t too bad though! Overall, good stay, but could definitely use some maintenance cleaning improvements.

Great Stay! It's been over a decade since I've stayed there. Wonderful, modern renovation! My pre-teen son thought we were staying at a 5 star hotel. Giant pool with a waterfall made his day. Room was Clean, and beds were comfortable.
