Excellent location, friendly staff and clean warm rooms. Breakfast is fine and there is sufficient parking. You see the odd bear from time to time. I'm guessing a bear pushed over the trash in the parking lot with the snow covering its tracks ......

The housekeeping was wonderful. Trying to get a hold of a manager to discuss a cancellation and rebooking dispute was worthless. no return calls or return emails. won['t stay there again.

Check in was flawless. The room wasn't. Dirty jetta tub with no instruction on how to use. Fire place did not work. Tried calling front desk and found out phone was unplugged. Plugged the phone in and it would dial but couldn't hear anybody n out of nowhere a person sayin he was the handy man n that the front desk could hear me but i couldnt hear them. Had to leave the so called maintenance tech in our room and when we return we noticed that the fire place was still not working and no note from the maintenence tech was anywhere to be found. Also noticed $20 missing from night stand.

We chose this hotel because of the pool and spa and also breakfast. The pool and spa were closed for the season and I didn’t see that on the website. That being one of the reasons this particular place was our choice was disappointing!

Room and surrounding areas were clean. Breakfast was was good and had a varietie.

The place needs a bit of upkeep. Outside could use a power washer on the walkways. Area around the pool needs to be cleaned of pine needles more often. I had a lot of trouble with the keys - every day I had to get them reset.

We were only there for one night. The staff was personable and efficient. The breakfast was standard; very good. The room was quite large—we had a king bed room—and the bathroom was enormous. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has rooms that are well away from the noisy four lane highway that dominates Lake Tahoe. Very nice modernized rooms too. Hotel staff very nice and breakfast buffet is more than adequate. You can walk to all the key shops and casinos. Highly recommended.

Hotel has pretty new beds and new bathrooms. Furniture and carpet seems a bit dated, but everything was clean. The breakfast was also above expectations. Would totally stay here again.

Located close to Stateline but set back from the busy road so it is peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. It was great to have breakfast included. Would definitely stay here an again.

Property was over booked and i was moved from 2 kings suite to 2 queens suite without any notification until I arrived. Hotel acted like they didn't care for the down size in room with no discount for the inconvenience I should of went with the nicer Hampton Inn down the road.

We stayed for two nights, our building did not have an elevator, so if that’s important to you, be aware.
The hotel was moderately clean, but very well worn. The cleaning crew came and cleaned the room and did a great job but tried coming in at 0800 the day we were checking out, saying we were supposed to be checked out.
The pool was nice and clean.

Overall great, just disappointed with poor wifi and a hot tub with no working jets; with a mediocre breakfast and limited tv. But the location is perfect and the staff was friendly. Would stay again.

The outdoor trash was always overflowing…thus bringing bears to the parking lot. Some outdoor trash removal or bear proof cans may help with wildlife safety. Staff was friendly & helpful. The room & breakfast were typical. Nothing bad to report … an average stay.

Property seemed worn. No slip-resistant mat in shower. Pool closed. Hot water carafe contaminated with the flavor of stale, burnt coffee so tea and oatmeal tasted awful.

Everything was great. The room was nice and clean, the plumbing fixtures and bath were new like and functioning well. The mattress was a bit firmer than I like but not bad. The hot breakfast was very good.
I recommend this hotel.

After check-in, we noticed the bathroom floor was covered in hair. Then looked at the roof... covered in black mold spots. Immediately left and booked with another hotel. Before leaving, we expressed our desire for a refund due to the unsafe conditions. Since we booked with Expedia, we were told to go through them to request a refund. Expedia contacted the hotel manager, and was denied. Tried to call the hotel personally, asked for the manager. Was put on hold for around 30 minutes, then was told that the manager was attending to other matters and wouldn't be able to talk to me. I left my number and asked that they get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago.
