Check in was fine but noise was bad all through the night. Doors had a huge gap at the bottom so you heard everything

It was a nice, clean and friendly stay. I have no complaints! You cannot control other guests and their kids that decided to play hockey in the hallway at 10:45 pm. Other than what, not bad! Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and breakfast.

The room was so dirty and there were pube like hairs all in the bed, It looked like someone kicked in the door, it smelt musty and it was scary, would never stay here again

Basic economy lodgings in suburban Duluth. Check-in process was friendly & efficient. Room was comfortable enough. There's an indoor pool we didn't use. Microwave and mini fridge in room were clean, good. Beds were comfortable. Area around building was treacherous due to construction work on parking lot. Wifi was OK.

Great staff, Need to fix back door bangs all night with people coming and going. Good breakfast except waffle machine was broke.

TV did not work. Shower/toilet area very small. Waffle maker not functional. No eggs or sausages. Breakfast very spartan. Parking lot was in a large state of disrepair. Desk staff was excellent. A/C was noisy. Curtain needed to be fixed. Noisy guest without shirt in hallway yelling at others in room to let them in.

Lindsey the front desk rep was excellent! She informed me I was double booked and gave me the info to take care of it & get my refund as soon as I checked in. She was very friendly & personable not just to me but the fellow in front of me who just wanted to chat. Room & pool were very clean & breakfast was good. Price was great!
The 2 tv remotes were a little confusing when trying to shut off the tv.
I will stay here again!

the exterior area parking lot and landscaping was dismal, in need of some professional landscaping, it made the motel look ghettoish. Inside the room, once the window was open and aired out it wasn't bad. The best thing the motel has going for itself is the Staff they were very helpful, courteous and polite, willing to go the extra mile for you. The other good thing is the Maya restaurant is right next door which makes it convenient for dining.

My wife and I could not stay because the room was dirty and had Oder. The lodge entrance and the check in lobby including their pool and spa was under construction. The hotel staff refused to cancel our room reservation and refund our deposit.

The staff were awesome. I left my purse and they graciously offered to ship it hone. Everything in tact. Kudos for a grest act. I was so relieved they went above and beyond.
