Clean and easy to check in and check out. Comfortable room

We did not get the room we booked. It was small, not very clean and the bed was very uncomfortable. The noise from the stairwell distrupted our sleep all 3 nights there. The only positive was the breaskfast was decent.

The room wast cleaned when we walked in. It smelled very rotten and humid smell.
The toilet wasn’t cleaned at all, the towels had a bad smell to them too.

It was fine for an away from home visit to see friends. But some items for breakfast were not available. But otherwise the place is fine.

I felt the room was very outdated. The room needed a deep clean, especially the bathroom. The bathtub drain didn’t allow the drain to do its job. We had to figure out a way ourselves. The beds were not firm, but sunk in the middle as they were probably really old. You were able to pull the blankets off and see the indent in the middle of the mattress. Regardless of all this, the breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and kind.

The carpets need to be replaced. Would recommend vinyl plank. A/C noisy due to its age. Also no eggs left when I came down for breakfast at 8:30. Maybe it was just bad timing in between re-stocking.

The Comfort Inn is a reliable and often booked choice of mine.
I know what I am getting with the company.
However, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom shower hadn’t been scrubbed down. There were hairs and stains on the towels.

Staff took a personal call while we were booking (midway through) and made us wait just to then tell us to open the key card folder to explain the room number and wifi password.
Room was also dirty, bath tub and bathroom sink had a lot of hair remaining. Our room also smelt like cigarette smoke and wet dog.

The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. everything smelled clean. Tv was very good size and easy to operate. Bath plug did not want to stay closed. had to hold it with my heel on top. The shampoo holder was missing from the tub wall. the room itself did not transfer internal noise, but the proximity to the 401 meant you could hear traffic all night.

The only issue we had was with the mattress. It was very uncomfortable. Both my husband and I did not sleep well for that reason.

WARNING: There's no elevator in this inn. You have to haul your heavy suitcases to the 2nd or third floor.
The bath was dirty. The disgusting stains at the bottom toilet could have been bleached but it looks like this property does not care much about cleanliness. Look at the sink and it's superficially cleaned. The corners are disgusting.
