It was ok. We had trouble with the tv,they did come to the room but it was running. Biggest problem was the maid knocking on the door at 8:30.

I love this hotel, everything was amazing! The check-in was fast, everyone was super nice, the installations were well-maintained, and the gym was great. The food is so good too. I'm marking this as a favorite place to stay in Madison!

Parking was a mess. Wasted spaces due to poor parking and not enough spaces when the hotel is full.
Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating.

I loved my stay at the DoubleTree. They offered free parking, a super clean room, a comfy bed and pillows, and very friendly service. It's also located close to the airport without taking the main drag, so it's just super stress-free during rush hours. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone.

This property is in a great location. Hotel nice clean, only thing I would have like to have in my room was a microwave. And a recliner chair. I would stay at this location again. It’s convenient for shopping in eating.

Second time starting at the hotel, excellent location convenient on off from highway and has nearby shopping and dining. Easy parking.

The staff was dealing with the IT outage but were super helpful and efficient and professional in getting people checked in, checked out, and addressing other concerns. Overall the facility was clean and pleasant. The carpet in my room however was damp - i am guessing because it had just been cleaned (it did not seem dirty, and there were no apparent leaks from the AC), so that was odd and a bit uncomfortable.

This was a very nice hotel that was convenient to many of the attractions we wished to go to and yet walkable to dining places, etc. The front desk was very helpful and courteous.

My friend and I had a great stay in Madison. We plan on returning soon for another concert. We played disc golf at one of the parks and it was so much fun. The hotel was outstanding and the staff was great.

Check in was super fast and by far the easiest I have ever had at any hotels. The hotel itself was super clean and nice. I love the cookies that were given to us when we checked in. Definitely will be staying at more Doubletree hotels if they’re all like this one.

This hotel was fantastic. Super clean, especially the pool which was also super warm; we absolutely loved it. Beds were very comfy as well, and everyone was very helpful.
