Stayed on this property before and this time We had a room that the thermostat was broken so the heat was on all night making the room nearly 80°. By the time we realized there was an issue, we would not have wanted to move the room. Also in the morning there was no coffee available in the lobby and the front desk staff when asked for help said to use the coffee in the room And that coffee was not available all day. It was 9:30 am. Early enough that one should be able to get a coffee.

While the staff was nice and the room was fine, I was really floored that the breakfast buffet cost $18 for one person. That is a lot to charge for scrambled eggs that were surely from a powder.

Truly an amazing stay before and after my wedding

Hotel was clean. Staff very competent. Breakfast was really good. Only complaint was night club music coming from somewhere keeping us awake until 2am..it was a Saturday but we were on 6th floor so shouldn’t have heard it unless super loud.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet excellent. Only complaint was the pool was dirty with hair in the drains and a lot of bugs in the indoor pool. My granddaughter came out of the pool very upset.

The room was a little run down, some items needed maintenance. A ripped shower curtain, corroding shower rod, some mold starting to grow around the grout in the bathroom and windowsill. The room definitely needed a deep clean and some care. The sheets were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel lobby and restaurant were well kept, and staff was friendly.

I was placed on the 1st floor along with a group of rowdy and disrespectful young people. They were extremely loud and disruptive from 1am to 4am. Although we called the front desk multiple times, they did not quiet down. I had to confront them personally at 4am. We had terrible night - no rest. Afterwards? The management was very apologetic and offered us a refund. They did the right thing but we payed the price of a night of no sleep,

We were in a room right next to the emergency stairs exit. ALL NIGHT I was woken up by the door slamming, people walking, talking and even whistling at 2AM!!!! Not a good experience. Everything else was fine.

Hi H.I. My Sister joined Ne for a 2 night stay in downtown Binghamton. Bob was very accommodating at the front desk! The rest of the staff was helpful as well. Out check in was a bit delayed because of the cyber computer shutdown.
The occasion We were celebrating was my 3 yr old Granddaughters Birthday! My Son his wife and their 3 yr old really loved swimming in your lovely pool! The room was comfortable, clean and delightful!

Comfortable rooms and easy to get to. There was some sort of outdoor party going on in the city all night, which while not the hotel's fault, was certainly distracting while trying to sleep. Would stay again, though.

Stayed for graduation at Binghamton University. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. However, the restaurant was severely understaffed. Unable to get drinks from the bar as the bartender was filling in for waitstaff. Breakfast buffet was chaos. Staff was doing their best, but only so much they can do. I will say all staff were very friendly and did not show frustration with guests.

I could not sleep all night , the air conditioner did not work and the room was hot. Parking was hard because people from other events not related to the hotel used the parking lot , and they parked outside of the spots blocking the paths making it almost impossible to navigate the lot.

Arrived late at 1 am, the staff works, no need to look for an associate to check-in. Good spacious room, excellent hot breakfast, and most important: opennable window!!!
