The room had roaches in it. The beds wasn't clean. They had big stains and makeup on them. It wasn't the best stay. Never had this problem before.

The bed was uncomfortable, roaches crawling on the floor and bathroom. When you walk out of the room, the hallways smells weed. The floor room was sticky. Breakfast was basic

When we arrived to our room we noticed there was not any towels in our bathroom so we had to hunt someone down for some only to be told that they didn’t have anymore, so the housekeeper said they would come back if found some. Then out of the two days we stayed no one ever came by to clean our room. We finally got towels about 30mins later and only to be told that we could only have two and mind you we were a family of four.

We got a room with double beds. The beds were small and only for enough room for one person. It was very uncomfortable and you couldn't move in the bed without bumping your partner. I did not sleep well the entire 3 night stay. Your room dies nit get cleaned or bed made unless requested the night before which is unheard of. The elevator acted up at one time and we thought we were stuck after going up and down btwn the 2nd and 3rd floor a few times. The continental breakfast was good. They were stingy with giving towels we had to go out and buy some. The price if the room was very affordable. You are within walking distance of surrounding restaurants including Ihop which was great

The television didn't work. The maintenance man is rude. The front desk lady is unprofessional. The food if old and outdated

I never usually leave reviews but this time I feel I had to. To start off the room looked dirty not to mention all the roaches in the restroom. After an 8 hour shift at work with an added 5 hours of travel all I wanted to do was throw myself on the bed. The mattress was very lumpy and the A/C was so noisy it wasn't a very pleasant stay. VERY Disappointed!

Front desk man was nice. The room was decent and the beds were comfortable. The only problem was the towels. They always had an old stain on them.

Mold smell in the room closet and air conditioner roaches dirty shower head tub paint peeling , microwave moldy chair dirty with crumbs hairs trash ice machine mold dripping pipes dirty- outlets dirty with droppings. Health HAZZARD

The side door was wide open around 10:30 pm. A car next to where I parked had occupants smoking marijuana. Our room had a wet floor and in the morning our clothes were humid. It was very weird. An employee said it was due to a cold room. Elevator was very slow and ice machine or tv remote didn’t function. I couldn’t get thru to front desk.

Room was grungy and floors were dirty. Mold on wallpaper and shower curtain. Dead bugs on floor in room, mold in air vents on AC unit. Moldy smell to air from unit. Light in restroom out.

Desk clerk was a bit unprofessional, but I looked past that minor detail once I was presented with a hot, clammy room. The bed squeaked and groaned if I simply turned in my sleep and the sheets were disgustingly stained. The hallways were much hotter and humid but this is probably from water damage as they were littered with dehumidifiers and water collection buckets. Overall, a dirty hotel experience.

Checked in at 10pm room door was open, bed cover was all messed up like someone had been laying there, dog hair all over the bed. Was offered to switch rooms to queen double beds but I’m 6’3 that’s why I paid for the king room. Bathroom was dirty, tampon wrapper in the trash can, the room clearly hadn’t been dusted or wiped down in days possibly weeks. No housekeeping available so we had to go get clean linens and change them ourselves. Would not stay there again if it was free!

The place is undergoing a a lot
Of reservations but the rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the breakfast is a little more advanced than a regular motel breakfast. I’ll see you in a few when I’m back and your finished with your repair

The staff was very friendly, but not the most comfortable stay. Even though it’s a non-smoking facility, our entire floor smelled like pot around the same time everyday for 3 days. The beds are very hard and the metal frame causes noise when you move. We also did not get cleaning service during our entire 5 days we were there.

Not the best customer service. Hotel being renovated and only had one working elevator for four floors. Not much to choose from at breakfast. Very bad smell throughout hotel probably because of the construction. Paper thin towels, tv didn’t work at all. It did have good supply of hot water.

Rooms smelled like pee, no extractor fan in the bathroom, the hallway to the room smelled like moisture. dirty comforter, pillow case stained with blood. We spoke to the attendant if they could change the sheets and covers, they said they would. When we came back from having late lunch. Nothing was done. Terrible cleaning service.

The front desk clerk, Ramar smoothed out my check in process. He was professionally hospitable, a positive for the hospitality industry. Like all La Quintas I have been too. A healthier breakfast option will go a long way to enhancing lodging experience.
