We have stayed here three different times when we come to Temecula to visit our Grandkids. The hotel makes constant improvements. Our room is always very clean and we always see them cleaning while we are there. The cleaning staff are very nice. If you need something they gladly get it for you. For the price it is a clean hotel and updated. It has a nice little pool area that is also very clean. My only complaint is the bed was not as comfortable as the last time we were there. Also if your room is in the back of the hotel you can hear the expressway. Staff is very friendly and accomodating!

After a long drive to get there, I had the best experience checking in. Antonia Reid was so helpful and nice, great customer service there, would definitely stay again.

The property is conveniently located near Old Town Temecula and not far from the vineyards either so that was good. The continental breakfast is good, quick grab and go items, no complaints there. Check out was a breeze. The not so good: We ended up at the rear of the property and it was extremely noisy. I’ve stayed at other places near a highway, but this was very loud. You could hear all the heavy vehicles and it made for a sleepless night. I didn’t bother asking them to move us… Our room didn’t have hand soap, so used body soap to wash our hands. The remote didn’t work, made it inconvenient to watch TV, especially for me because I enjoy watching late night to tire me out. Had to go old school at change the channel on the tv. Find something to watch and leave it there. I shouldn’t have to call for hand soap or a non-functioning remote. Hopefully they use this to address those things.

Staff was excellent - both the ladies behind the counter were pleasant. The rooms are nice, cute, updated w cool art. Shampoo, iron, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee. It's like a mid/hi level motel or low level hotel. More amenities than most motels but not at the level of most hotels. Examples 1. PRO - There's a pool AND a jacuzzi! Yes! CON - The pool is only 3-4ft deep and kinda short. Perfect for the kids to play and/ or to stand it to get out the heat. It seemed a lil dirty and I'm not sure anybody had skimmed it for leaves or what not. I wanted to get in & put on my suit, but I was a lil squeamish about the water. 2. PRO = Big screen TV w/ cable even some premium channels w a new higher tech remotes (rechargeable?). CON - Didn't see a guide. So I had to scroll thru the whole line up to see what channels they had & then repeatedly scrolling to see what was on. This was a bit frustrating & I'm not a big TV watcher but when on vacay I might want to watch without all the work every hour. Also no way to adjust screen brightness. The TV in the fitness center has a guide so I guess you can go there & see what's on. 3. PRO - There's a fitness center w a treadmill, elliptical, a bike, some weights, cold water and a fan/AC. Perfectly adequate. CONS - The curtains are sheer. So after dark anyone in the lounge chairs, walking by or sitting in their car smoking can watch you. 1st x seeing transparent waffles Overall I'd stay again if the price was right.

Modern room in older motel. However my room had an ant infeststion.

We didn’t end up staying. The room had ants all over and it was not clean.

Everything was good except for the table in my room. It looked like it was either rusty or I was dirty. I don’t know why they didn’t replace that. I’ve been trying to upload pictures, but it won’t let me upload pictures.

Overall, it was a good experience. We arrived early and requested an early check-in. They said they were busy and couldn't give us one until 3 p.m. The official check-in time was 4 PM so we appreciate them giving us the room at 3 PM. The staff overall was very "to the point" and seemed to show a "take it or leave it attitude" Maybe, they were overwhelmed as the hotel was busy that day.

I think this hotel is about the same level as a motel, but the charges are much higher. There is not even a wardrobe in the room, just a clothes rack. There is a coffee machine and coffee, but there is no free bottled water. You have to go to the commissary to buy a bottle, $4! Breakfast is only continental breakfast, no eggs, and fresh coffee is always running out fast! The location of hotel is very close to the highway, fortunately it is not too noisy at night, the lady at the counter is very nice, she changed us to a quieter room according to our request, the room is quite clean , the bed was very comfortable and it was okay for just one night stay.

The value you get is unbeatable!

Bed was comfortable. Cable was inadequate unless one was a sports fanatic; there were 16 of the limited number of channels devoted to sports . Cable should also have had a menu so one knows what is playing. Or at least a list of what channels were where. Very disappointed with cable. Liked having a coffee maker but, trying to actually make coffee was way too convoluted, not enough space to add water. Liked having a hot tub, just wish there were directions for turning on the jets as it was advertised as a whirlpool. If the “breakfast “ room is only available through the lobby, get rid of the sign that points to the back door.

I’ve stayed several times at this location for a wine tasting weekend. Clean, convenient, complementary breakfast and the price is fair.

Run down and tons of ants thay got into oir food. They had apparently sprayed in the room leaving dead sticky bugs on the trim. I let them know about the ants when they asked how alour stay was and they didnt seem concerned about it

Great property and location right off the highway and walking distance to downtown. It’s newly updated and comfortable

The only drawback to our room was yhe lack of a blackout curtain. Omelette and french toast were fantastic.
