Be aware this hotel will hack your bank accounts. We stayed here in October 2024, and then two months after the fact they hacked my debit cards and tried to charge my account. The payment was completed when we checked out . We had to contact CHOICE hotels to verify this info. The hotel had no idea and said we owed them money and there finance department was having problems for 2 months. The Staff was so unhelpful during my stay. Breakfast was disgusting. I honestly would never stay here again. I will deff not stay here again after they hacked my debit card accounts. All my accounts had to be frozen and I had to order all new cards..BEWARE SWIPING YOUR CARD HERE

I would have liked to have had the option of requesting a walk in shower for my husband and myself. We are both seniors and my husband has an especially difficult time getting into a tub shower.
On a different subject.....nice having the breakfast available in the morning, however, some of the offerings were slightly stale.
Have to tell you staff was very friendly and courteous.

The hotel was old and had holes in the curtains but when my mom couldn’t get up on the tall bed, the staff went to Home Depot and bought a stool for her to get onto the bed! Also when my mom fell out of the same bed and i couldn’t get her off the floor, the staff helped me lift her despite risk to themselves! I haven’t had this level of service in so long and I will definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel had a very musty smell. The place is average for the price we paid.

Hot tub was broken, hair dryer broken, no hot water for the sink. The shower had barely any pressure and took forever to rinse off. The room was dirty and out dated and smelled of old smoke and mildew. Will not be ever booking there again.

The room we were given was so moldy. We stayed one night in the room and requested to move the second night, which they accommodated. However, we believe our daughter acquired lice from the stay. We appreciate that the staff helped us out, but they should never have put us or anyone in the first room.

Liked the pool area. Well maintained. Maybe some umbrellas. Wanted to grab a drink at the bar Sunday afternoon before the pool biut it was closed. Decent breakfast. Lobby and halls were warm. Our room AC was good. We were out all day Saturday but room wasn't made up. All in all I would ho back.

Needs new carpeting and vacuuming the corners of the room . View was great of the pool. Pool was very nice as was the breakfast. Staff very nice.

This hotel is old and outdated. The quality and the variety of items available for the breakfast was little above acceptable. At this price point, there’s not much to complain about. I would definitely stay again at this hotel, but only for one night.

Do NOT stay here! It is EXTREMELY run down….doesn't look or feel clean. This place is a dump and the Quality Inn brand should visit this place to see about refurbishments. I have never stayed on a place so run down. I am extremely disappointed and wish I could get my money back. The pictures on Expedia were misleading as well.

We paid for king bed they said all they had left was queen. We booked months in advance. Got locked out twice. Had to get new key twice. Restaurant was average.

Such a Lovely Beautiful Hotel and very cozy comfortable. The Staff Team are very kind friendly hard working people that go above and beyond for Their guests. They treat everyone with respect, they are genuinely caring and very hospitable. I Love it here. The rooms are always clean, safe and peaceful. Nicestt most professional people that I have met here. The Dining room always smells delicious with their scrumptious breakfasts and very yummy and satisfying. Best coffee and tea all day and night. The location is perfect if you need to travel or go shopping in town. Housekeeping are beautiful nice friendly hard working people that take care of all of Your needs. Definitely an Amazing place and always a positive experience. I truly enjoy my stay here.

Everything was great , keep in mind not new or fancy , everything worked , small fridge , microwave, everything seamed clean , ok breakfast, great price , a little (15 mins ) away from where I wanted to be near parsippany, g it great deal , would stay again

I loved my room. It was clearly just renovated. I have stayed here before and allways enjoyed my stay. The room was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast but it is very good I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I wouldn't recommend this for traveling. It appears to have many who "live" there as opposed to travelers. Just my opinion, but when that happens there is a lack of respect for other people just passing thru. If you upgraded your environment to be more traveler friendly instead of a place for the homeless people would feel more comfortable there. The state needs to start taking responsibility for our homeless population, not local hotels. Just my thoughts. Have a great day.
