Needed more Kleenex and the shower could stand some work.

It was very clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Husband was disappointed that there were no drawers, so he could not unpack his suitcase. I would stay again.

The young man at the front desk last night & this morning was super nice.

Our stay was very comfortable. Great service from everyone. The breakfasts were a real treat. It had a very nice and clean recreational lake behind it where fishing was awesome. It's in a great location. We experienced the best stay we have ever had.

We have been staying at this particular hotel for 30+ years- so yes, it is an older establishment. It did change from Comfort Inn to Quality Inn at some point. We have always relied on knowing the quality of this one is always up to standard at a fair price. Many upgrades have been done recently and we did notice and appreciate them. Great stay (always has been)! Thank you for giving us piece of mind when booking- They are always our first go-to when traveling the Colorado-South Dakota circuit. *Breakfast buffet is always great!!

The room smelled before going in. One gal took forever to come to desk even when ringing bell. She wasn't very friendly. Out back trash was on ground

Property was a bit older but room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pool was great. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, fruit, yogurt, breads. Right next to a nice park and pond.

It’s an older property but we’ll maintained. Stains on chair. Sheets and towels were very soft. One night stay to sleep-was just fine.

The rooms were fine, bathrooms were a lil outdated but everything was nice and clean except the pool. My only complaint was the pool was not clean it had alot of stuff floating in it and the water was cloudy.

I did not get to breakfast so I can’t rate how that was. The hotel is somewhat out dated but it was very comfortable. The front desk was not very personable. The price was reasonable.

The rooms are nice and clean. The lobby and halls could use an update but for an inexpensive option it did the job.

We arrived after driving 10 hours with 2 children who had been throwing up. They told me I couldn’t put my whole family in the room or they were going to charge me $250. This forced me to have to book a separate room for my 2 older (but still minors) children. The staff showed zero empathy while I held my sick baby who had been throwing up for the past 4 hours. The rooms were mediocre and the floors were very dirty. I was trying to be cost effective by choosing a Quality Inn, but that was a mistake, one I won’t make again in the future. I’ll be using Marriott and Hilton from now on.
To add to the list of poor service, our friends who were traveling with us were charged an additional $30 for having 4 people in their 2 queen room.
