Our unit balcony was covered with plastic so we were trapped with no outside access. The unit had a terrible smell because it was so closed off with the plastic sealed balcony. We were shocked they’d book a room like this. We knew there was construction going, but never expected our actual room that they rented us to be like this. Another family member had a perfectly fine unit and we both paid the same rate so don’t understand why whoever owns this unit we rented thinks it’s acceptable to rent at a normal rate when it’s not totally functional. Very disappointed with this property.

Terrible experience. Hotel hasn’t called me back in weeks. The water was turned off and someone had used both bathrooms and had not flushed. We couldn’t stay there and still haven’t gotten our refund.

Beautiful property! Loved this place, we would stay here again. Mornings at the beach, afternoon/evenings at the pool were so nice. The grill area was very nice too.

Beautiful pool and people very nice. However, hot tub broken, no working elevator and we were on fourth floor and original room was in section under construction without access to lanai and during the day there was construction noise. Location excellent. They did upgrade our room to an area with access to lanai which was nice.

The rooms need to be updated carpet replaced as this is very old carpet and lots of ants in the condo . Replace furniture with updated furniture as well .

As a family of five we really enjoyed staying at Park Shore Resort! It was great having like your own apartment with a balcony so you could settle in. The resort was calm and had a lot of amenities like an awesome pool, lots of grills and also tennis court etc. The location in Naples is also great, it was close to Publix, the coastland mall and food places! Will come back :)

We were so pleasantly surprised by everything here. The staff was awesome, grounds were phenomenal, the room was huge and had everything we needed. Restaurant was amzaing!! The pool was fantastic, so relaxing with the amaing waterfall! Wow!!

The location of the resort is perfect. Close to many restaurants shopping the airport and downtown. The property is kept extremely clean. The only negative thing I would say is the unit could use a little updating. No USB Outlets anywhere and the dishwasher is very old. Beds are not very comfortable.

Very good location near restaurants, grocery store, and pharmacy. Nice neighborhood. Condo features are what we require including a screened balcony for eating and relaxing.

Comfortable but a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. It was quiet with lots of parking. There were lots of pickle ball courts and they provide free racquets and balls.

Growing up in Naples i never knew of this resort. It was a fantastic weekend and was able to relax. Hogfish Harry's was great food. The property was nice and quiet. I didnt like the fact the pool/jacuzzi closed so early. I think that as long as patrons are quiet, those items should be open all night

We love the location, close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, and shopping mall. Also easy and free parking and great BBQ area. Very friendly staff.
Unacceptable pool condition, mask floating in the pool, tadpoles swimming inside the pool, and leaves and dirt all-over. The room was ok, but the king mattress was very uncomfortable, very hard.

This resort is nestled in a lush oasis with beautiful surroundings and nature. The BBQ area is well designed and spacious with plenty of gas grills. The pool area is large and well maintained. The rooms can use updating and remodeling, but for the value, they're great, super spacious and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything was also clean. It's in a great location within walking distance of shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Our family really enjoyed our stay and are already planning an upcoming stay again.

Property need upgrade rooms are outdated , special my room have broken tile in master bathroom , which is an safe I need to cover with towel all the time, broken sliding door in gest room my kids went to open the door and door come out off the track they almost got hurt. One of the tv didn't not work I agreed issue whit property they come next morning fix the door which took tem over 4. hours they replaced tv tile never got fixed they did not offer us too move I nother unit.when I checked in they charge me property fee duplicate charge by mistake I would not recommend to stay there .

Much respect to their photographer, it looked very nice in the pictures but not so much in person. When I first got to the room I had to kill a lot of ants. There was also a huge hole in the patio screen so we couldn’t sit out there without getting eaten by bugs. Pool looked like a typical motel pool with lots of leaves floating in it. The room was spacious but the bathrooms were dirty and in need of repair. Kitchen was a nice bonus.

We have enjoyed our stay in Park Shore. The staff are very friendly. The place is very safe. The resort has many facilities and close to shopping and restaurants. The place is very close to beautiful Naples beaches.

This is my 2nd time I’ve stayed The room was clean but very outdated, they should change the vertical blinds many would keep falling everytime we opened the window. The room that faced the parking lot was sheer that at 630 am it was so bright , they definitely need blackout shades but the condo was spacious with washer n dryer. Pool was always very clean and Restraunt on location is very good with nice happy hours. Location is perfect for all ur needs even walking distance

Happy with our stay, apartment is spacious and had everything we needed, the resort is nice but needs some updating. We did not have cleaning service in the room everyday, didn’t know you have to request it for an extra . Overall great stay
