Note - and staff - quite nice! Had stayed there before and would stay there again! Comfortable bedding and nice amenities!

I was told at check-in that breakfast starts at 7 am in the morning. I went down to eat and was told to sit at a table. There was only 1 person there. It then became obvious, that they wanted me to pay for it. Nowhere does it say free breakfast but it also doesn't say you have to pay. Its clear why there was only 1 person eating.

Stayed here all the time for years. Then Hilton took over. Took out the free buffet breakfast and now charge for parking. Two years later, the front grounds and outdoor entryway are still horrible. The pool area even worse. The lobby smelled awful and the shower walls had mildew stains and chunks of tiles missing probably from repair tools. There were stains on wall next to toilet. The mattress and pillows are a rock. So sadly, we ll check out other places to stay at from now on.

This is the second time we stay here and we pkan to come back again. Very nice staff, clean rooms, great location and the breakfast was excellent.

Overall a great location and decent rooms. Shower needed some attention to the mold along the edges of the trim (nothing a good scrub wouldn't remove) but enjoyed the stay and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Great hotel super clean and comfortable. But what really stand out was the front desk lady she really was wonderful she went above and beyond to make sure everything was done with excellence. Thank you so much for the great experience

Our stay was amazing and comfortable. This hotel had to be one of the cleanest of any hotels in which we have stayed. We truly enjoyed the spaciousness and the amenities.

I did not stay there re booked a different reservation because you folks never sent me a confirmation email I contacted customer service Monday morning July 1st and was on a chat because God Forbid hotels.com actually has a human being to talk to and I was told that your company could not find my reservation for this hotel and I was forced to book another hotel

Having stayed at hotel many times we booked a room with pool view. Disappointed to find we had a view of bins and car park !!! Eventually settled on room overlooking building site !!!

The Hotel facilities in general are very good and the reception staff are very friendly. The only problem is that the person who works in the Hotel bar decided on his own to close the bar yesterday Saturday and not provide us with service before the established time. It was only 9pm when we went to the bar, which had no customers at that time and he said he wouldn't serve and closed the bar.

The property was well situated. It was clean and comfortable. Sadly, the front desk staff were not so good. They attempted to put us in a room that looked down on the HVAC for the whole property rather than with a view of the pool. They were very haughty when I explained I paid extra for to be over the pool. Eventually the problem was resolved, but the reaction to my concern (which I expressed politely) was very inappropriate.

We loved the hotel and our room. But we wish our room included a microwaves because going downstairs to the lobby to heat up our food was a bit of an inconvenience.

I requested a handicapped room. It did not have grab bars at the stool. Poor lighting arrangement with no nightlight so leaving a bright light on was required at night.

I like that it had a balcony. However, it was hard to use because people were smoking pot. I don't care for the smell LOL the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Too hard for me. Otherwise I enjoyed the property I wish breakfast what's free. All they need is some light bites.

I did not like the barking dogs. They woke me up in the morning, and as I was trying to relax by the pool, there was also barking dogs.

Housekeeping was awful. On our 5th day we finally got garbage emptied, new towels, which we had asked for for 2 days.

The hotel was outdated. It needs to be rehabbed. I will say that the staff is very nice, especially Tammy. She tried to go above and beyond to help accommodate us, which was very nice. If I were to come back to Naples, I would not stay at the end of tapestry.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property. What I wasn’t real crazy about is that our original hotel had overbooked and expedia found us another hotel. However there were additional charges, parking and resort fee that we hadn’t factored into our little get away.

The hotel lobby, pool and fitness area were nice. The room was just ok… the drawer on the dresser was broken and kept opening by itself. It also smelled a little strange. the view outside the balcony was of construction (which I know can’t be helped…but it still wasn’t great 😂)

The hotel did not service our room. Instead, the staff took the do not disturb sign from inside our room, hung it on the outside of the door, then tried to say that we had hung the sign on the door. I've never seen that behavior from any hotel, much less a Hilton!
