Finding the front desk to check in was almost impossible. Found it after driving around 3 times. Check-in staff very friendly. Room was down a dark outside corridor. Had to clean counters, toilet, etc., before we put our stuff down. Comforter had multiple stains on it. Baseboards look like they hadn't been cleaned or painted since hotel was built. Found another place to stay so went to check out. Staff offered another room but at that point, we didn't feel another room would be any better. They did refund full amount of our stay, which was unexpected.

Average room that has been remodeled. It was nice to a kitchenette area with our stay. The staff was very responsive to our request for towels and iron.

Very expensive. The service was not good, there were not enough towels, no nightstand light. The area was very scatchy and felt unsafe.

Room was clean and updated but overall facility is tired and poorly maintained. Room had no hanging place for clothes and a/c was noisy.

Rooms were not very clean and didn’t smell fresh. The area was very busy and clientele were noisy and always hanging out in the parking area. The iron and board were broken.

Great stay and the breakfast was fantastic!

It was older then, had bad smell in the room.

Not clean, alot of employee drama, flies in the room and the pool was closed even though it was advertised open.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed. Otherwise, the stay was ok

the room had been totally renovated (nicely done). the only issue we had was with the A/C. It ran but didn't really cool below mid 70's. It was too hot to sleep and made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a nicely renovated room, clean and neat. no complaints on that end.

The hotel is being renovated. The pool was closed and the front desk was hard to find (not visible from the street). The only good thing was the breakfast. Overall it was a two star hotel at best.

Was a Little concerned when I arrived. The outside looks kind of run down. But the room itself was nice! Looks recently remodeled. The room needs a big soft seat or couch…something to fill large empty area. Bed was comfy but sunken in the middle…so I kept rolling down into it. Haha

In our room the chain latch was broken and the pool was not open it was dirty and people were still swimming in it In the non smoking area people was smoking I really didn't feel safe at all. You had to check out by 11 and the breakfast was over at 840

I found bugs and roaches in my room. Towels were dirty.

The property was poorly maintained, mold in the bathroom, old and chipped wooden toilet seat, scalding water, burn holes in the top sheet, and the toilet did not flush. Reported the toilet and nothing was done to repair it.

Sofa looked as if it came from off side of the road. No way that sofa should be in any room there.

Have to say it was not good. Fees were not as seen on web site. Middle of night used bathroom only to find the floor full of water. Thank god it wasnt from the toilet. It seems that flooding under the floor was the cause Hopefully somebody won't get the same room before it's fixed Breakfast was disappointing, was expecting eggs and meat. Turns out it was bagels and cereal That's about it

The room was nice, comfortable and spacious. The pillows were soft and felt like clouds. I enjoyed the stay.

Place was a dump from the outside. I didnt stay there.

Upon arrival, were told we may lose power or water due to "pipe breaking" yet building under construction. Told we were contacted to inform of such inadvance--we were not! Staff argued to say they did and left vm, I have no vm on that line. Staff wanted me to sign two separate statements, both listing one of the two rooms reserved. Argued when asked for proper receipts to reflect 2 separate rooms. Charges/rates listed differed for two rooms reserved, at the same time. First room reaked of smoke. When asked for different room, told there were none available, yet 5 mins before we were given choice of floor/rooms. While the room was newly renovated and ok, the outside of the property was in very poor condition and neglected. Pool dirty, one louge chair and all chairs torn and tattered. Construction workers began talking/working 5a.m. Staff outside our room (one of very few rooms occupied) yelling into speaker phone at 8a.m. When asked to stop and complained of noise, staff wanting to blame construction crew for all, not accepting responsibility for own actions.

I booked in December for college graduation in May. They canceled my reservation two weeks before graduation which really put me in a bind because every hotel was fully booked by then.

We almost always stay here when visiting our son in college. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s usually a fuss free stay and there is an outdoor area. This hotel is hard to beat with their prices. Good location, very close to university and downtown.

The hotel is in terrible condition. Upon checking in, they told us that guests had been emailed to inform them that their reservation had been cancelled. We never received an email. The front desk person found our active reservation and “did us the favor” to find a room for us. The hotel was almost empty, There was a roach in our room but everything was new and looked clean. Towels were white and clean. We stayed because it was 10:00 pm and figured that all hotels in statesboro were full because the next day was graduation for GSU students

The complex was undergoing renovations. The facilities were clean but run down and clearly in need of replacements in many areas.
