We’ve been to the Wigwam before for dinner and drinks but this was our first time staying the night. To no surprise, it was a great experience! Great service, great dining, fun pools, and beautiful grounds. We’ll definitely stay here again, but next time we’ll stay a little longer to enjoy it even more.

What a wonderful escape. Incredible sprawling grass with amazing convenient parking and amenities like gym and multiple pools. Very animal and family friendly. Daily resort fees are very expensive but worth it if you get a good nightly rate.

As always we had a fabulous stay. Staff are awesome they make you feel special & cater to all of our needs & wants. The Oasis pool is where we spend most of our time with it being adults only.

It was a nice property. We stayed there for night for a golf tournament. We spend most of our day at the adult pool the first night and the only thing that was wrong that the bartender took 45-1hr to get a bucket of beers. The next day tried to go to family pool and the sam bartender was there so it also took another 30-45 to get a drink. We were playing music by the pool at a reasonable level and there no profanity but as soon as switched it to Spanish song security told us to turn of the music. Overall it’s a nice stay but I don’t know if I’ll be back. Didn’t feel very welcomed by the staff.

I booked the bigger room because it said it came with a bath tub. My wife wanted to soke in the tub because we don't have one at our home. When we got to the room and she took her bubble bath and epsom salt she brought we found No tub. When I called the front desk they said they had removed all the tubs in there remodel Which was still going on while we were there. The huge dumpster was right outside of our back sliding door , and when the forklift would dump it would wake us up.
We wanted to go for a swim but couldn't because the front desk did not tell us there was some ones birthday party going on at the pooland loud music.

We love this property so much because it’s very easy to get in and out to your room. Parking is close. Great lawns for our dogs and they have a great restaurant selection. Breakfast has always been very good and room service is excellent. We usually only spend one night because we’re traveling through, but hope to one day spend more than one night and enjoy the golf course And pool area. Huge slide for the kids it’s great. It looks wonderful although their lounge chairs are very old-school. The vinyl slats could be updated.

The resort was very beautiful. Our only complaint was the rooms were not quiet but that was just the luck of the draw. Breakfast for two every day was also a bit misleading. You had $30 per day, not enough to buy two breakfasts and coffees.

Inside the room, very clean and nice! Outside the room on the balcony the fence balcony was broken down. I could not invite my grandkids!! I wish I could send pictures! The paint and trim and doors absolutely not acceptable! Paint, peeling, wood, falling apart, absolute shambles!! Inferior electricians ran electric from roof down to our balcony! Not too code! I am a journeyman through the city of Phoenix Mechanical!! Such inferior work… The oasis pool was closed and could not use the day of arrival. The Litchfield dining was also closed. Could not use!!! Pretty much ruined, our stay!!!! I give this experience 1!!! We staycation almost every weekend and have not been so disappointed..

I took my mom here for her 78th birthday. This resort is perfect in every way possible. Our room was so bueatiful and spacious. The grounds are kept so neat and clean and the staff are amazing. Everyone who helped us was so genuinely nice and so sweet. They made our trip so wonderful. You get so much for what you pay for. This resort is SO bueatiful inside and out. I cant wait to come back again and again. Its the perfect place to plan any getway. We both didnt want to leave.

Josiah at the pool was great. Actually, all pool staff was excellent. They recently installed a pool cooler so the water was perfect. Reviews for hot water are no longer an issue.

We booked 3 days at the Wigwam. All staff was exceptional. The resort was beautiful. The pool was relaxing and entertaining. We booked the suite with King bed which was spacious. There is a patio in the front and in back. I loved that everything is walking distance.
The only reason why I gave it an overall 4 stars is because we found a dirty sock. I thought it was my grandsons so I grabbed it to discover it was not his. I was grossed out. The sofa was against the wall in an awkward way from the t.v. I'm guessing it could not be centered because the sofa had a charging station. I moved the sofa and it was filthy. The rooms are surfaced clean but not detailed.
I still recommend this place and definitely will book here again. I just now know to inspect the room and not opt out of daily housekeeping.
Other than that I can't wait to book again and next time for a longer stay.

The check in time was 4pm and they were supposed to text me when the room was ready. At 4:45 I went to the front desk and asked status and the room was ready, but they never texted. This made us late for our dinner reservation. The pool is nice but there was a ton of kids. People are supposed to wear wrist bands to show that they are guests at the hotel, but very few people were wearing them. It appears that they let anyone in. There were so many people that there were no available loungers anywhere and very little shade. They need to consider a sail shade for the pool.

The wigwam is just such a beautiful resort and property. Photo opportunities everywhere. The staff is the most courteous and helpful. I love staying here. The free breakfast vip upgrade was awesome so we could just stay on the property and enjoy the amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wigwam. The staff was welcoming and our room was huge. It was very comfortable, nice and cool with the Arizona heat. We spent time at the adult pool and it was great- chairs and umbrellas available. We’d definitely recommend to others and will plan to go back.
