Disappointed in breakfast- not much protein on offer. Also I stayed 4 nights and never had any maid service. However, it was quiet, bed was comfy and bathtub wonderful.

Found hair all over the coffee area & bathroom door from an unclean maids rag. Blood stain on pillow. Feses under sink on walls. 2 btls of tiny shampoo for 3 people. 2 Wash clothes for 3 ppl.2 coffee cups/coffee. No recycle bins, no water, no menus/books. Limited cable. Bed was hard as a rock. Freeze was frozen shut. No vending machines, no soda. Pantry was bare. No coffee/water lobby set up. Pool dirty & closed.Loud class w/many women & speaker on a mike two doors down.Breakfast was basic. Restaurant/bar closed @ 8pm on a Fri. nite. For $300 , I'd expect something more like resort quality. Jacked up price due to concert@Dome

The front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was clean. This hotel is an easy walk from yhe Tacoma Dome, where we had ar event to attend. The free breakfast was very nice. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, among other things. My only issue was I found the bed a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy and stiff.

First, I love La Quinta Inns. Usually my go-to for business trips. However, this location was disappointing. From stained carpets and furniture, to a broken TV, this hotel was bad. I felt unsafe. The hotel has numerous paper signs taped on walls for various reasons- an elevator out of service, and not to leave valuables out.

Scary area, actually stood next to a guy smoking crack at the intersection just outside the property on my way to the casino nearby for a concert. Then passed the same situation underneath an overpass nearby walking home. Ughhh.

Hotel was not in a safe part of town. Beds were it actually queen beds. Our sink didn’t drain. The deadbolt on our door felt very insecure. Staff was friendly though.

The hotel itself was fine. A little older but clean. Bedding and linens were comfortable. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. A lot of homeless people and very dirty surrounding the area. Only outside parking with security cameras.
I felt a little unsafe in hotel and would not suggest walking any where nearby. The. Emerald queen Casino and hotel is close by and a better choice. Or 5-10 mins away is Point Ruston

Even though the hotel was located in an industrial area of town, it was extremely quiet. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. Very clean and nucely decorated.

Room was clean and check in was easy! I stayed here because of how close the hotel was to the Tacoma dome and it was prefect! Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. If I need a place to stay near the Tacoma Dome again, will definitely come back to this hotel.

It was very convenient. A little outdated, but clean enough. The area is surrounded by homeless and feels unsafe, could not walk to or from the Tacoma Dome due to that feeling.

Our room was supposedly clean just before we went in. But the floors were dirty, carpet dirty. We asked for 2 queens, they insist they are queens. But more like dbl beds, outlets in the room did not work. AC was very loud, breakfast was nothing compared to other La Quinta. Staff were friendly though.

Bed was not comfortable. Terrible pillows. Could hear noises in the night. Air condition was on side of one bed and blew on you all night. Room became too warm when air was turned off.

Our room was on the back side of the property, but there was still a lot of road noise. We had a semi parked behind us that started up and let the truck run for a long time, which was quite noisy.

The staff on all shifts were friendly. The room had a dirty, musty smell and at night the smell of cigarette smoke came through the vents. The door to the room was very dented and the shower curtain rod was hanging on by a thread. Originally we booked because it was in walking distance of the venue we were visiting, but the half mile path had homeless camped out and felt unsafe so we had to pay for Ubers that were greatly overpriced.

Lots of space for our group. Comfortable clean and loved the layout of our room as well. We had the king size bedroom with attached room with living room and 4 chair table. Large one bedroom apartment, perfect for adding beds and large family.

The hotel was nice and fairly modern, unfortunately the cleaning wasn’t great and neither was the service. There was a giant clump of black hair left in the toilet and black hair in the shower and towels and on the floor of the bathroom. The bed and rest of the room were fairly clean though. I also witnessed a cleaner walk into someone’s room while they were still asleep without announcing herself which would annoy me if I was that guest. I was also told the restaurant would be open till 9pm but it was closed by 7:30 so getting dinner was an issue when I arrived which was disappointing as one of the only reasons I chose this location was for the dining options. Front desk staff were a little rude too and didn’t tell me about the additional credit card hold fees I was charged. Overall the hotel is generally nice but for the price I expected better attention to detail

My vehicle was broken into in the staff parking lot overnight and there was nothing they could do about it at the front desk. They said they had no active cameras on the side of the building where I parked, which was in the hotel parking lot. There was also feces on the floor at the front door entrance. I was also billed for a security on my credit card which was a first for me, as usually a security deposit is. It required when they have your credit card on file. Inconvenient, dangerous, unclean

Great hotel, very comfortable and clean, nice breakfast, good price for the area- but it was sort of tucked away off the highway, easy to miss the entrance... when you do pull in, there is a pretty strong smell of marijuana and a few unsavory folks milling around. We were glad there were lots of security cameras, but another guest's car window was smashed out overnight (police were there taking report when we checked out)...
Other than that... the hotel itself was great!

Chastity checked us in and was wonderful!! Live nearby and wanted an end-of-summer treat for the kids…We went swimming and ate a great dinner at the in-house restaurant - great time all around!! Thanks so much :)

Our initial desk person was wonderful. When we were ready ti leave, we went down to get a luggage cart and there were none. This was at 5:30 am. I was told by the man at the desk that he didn’t know where they were and he couldn’t go look for them. There was no one else checking out, outside or in the sitting areas.

Clean property. Courteous and professional staff. Upon arrival, we observed a police crime cam and security guard posted. When checking in, I observed a sign warning patrons not to leave valuables in sight in vehicle. Although we had no issues, we would not recommend facility. Surrounding neighborhood appears to be a high crime area.
