Great location if you are going to the theme park. Love the old Holidome style with excellent pool and things to do. Rooms and halls in need of a refresh. But not unclean. Just some wear. But kids would definitely want to stay there again. A free breakfast buffet would go a long way. Especially since not offering a menu and it’s of same quality as free breakfast at other hotels. Free shuttle is a huge asset.

The proximity to Six Flags was great. The staff were all super friendly. The hotel itself was very dated and could use some sprucing up. Not much around for dining/entertainment

We were traveling home to Oklahoma from Michigan, it was so nice to stop in the middle if the trip. We took a quick swim and had a great nights sleep.

We knew we had pool view but our room opened below the pool where we could have quiet time, taught our 14 yr old how to play shuffle board and a little put put golf in between. Nice room and restaurant on site meant we didn't have to leave.

My family and I loved the pool and arcade. We ate dinner & breakfast at the restaurant good was great staff was very nice & friendly. Out room was clean and comfortable. We took the shuttle to Great America, driver was very nice. Overall great experience!!!!

It’s got a great concept with the pool/arcade however the rooms are worn down. The carpet is gross and has this film on it, the window and ac unit look old and nasty. The beds were comfy, the tv and channels are pointless to even have.

We always love staying here. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable enough. The arcade area isn't much, but the pool and games area is fun. Love the shuttle to Six Flags so we could take breaks when the kids got tired.

Love the nostalgia of this property and my kids had a blast. The only downfall was having smaller children trying to play in the pool along with a large group of young male adults that were wrestling and tackling in the pool at the same time making it unsafe for the kids at times.

The back south entrance door was not locked it secure! You didn’t need a card to get in like suppose too. I reported it to an employee but, it wasn’t addressed. That wasn’t very safe. Hopefully it gets fixed!

Very nice stay. Pool area is sweet and a bar right next. Black out curtains were 5/5. Phenomenal. However, read the fine print, breakfast is not complimentary and is treated like a restaurant. I am not one that wants to speak to anyone prior to 8am on vacation to get biscuits and gravy, so that was rather inconvenient. I just stuck to the self serve coffee after that.
You can tell this hotel has been around for decades. Needs some remodeling. Water stains on ceilings, plywood covering up old doorways, etc.

The staff is kind and the property is neat. The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is a win. The property is old and the soda machine cost $5 for one bottle of soda. The restaurant was under staffed and so the service was a bit lacking.

I booked this hotel because the ratings were good. The first room they put us in, the ceiling had fell through in the bathroom. They moved us into the room right beside that one. The first night staying here I was woken up by a scratching noise coming from the walls. I’m pretty sure it was mice. The morning we were getting our things together to check out I found a bed bug crawling on the floor. I highly recommend staying somewhere else if visiting the area.

The only issue we had with our stay is one of the card keys didn’t work and there was no microwave in the room, which I thought always came with the room. Also no pen or notepad like they normally leave in the room or pamphlet of the hotel. Littlle things make the difference sometimes but it was a nice room and staff was very nice.
