Dirty, old, tired, weared overpriced hotel. Stains in matras, filty weared rooms and the food is bad, very poor breakfast and dinner. Definitely not 4 stars but rather 1.

No one really spoke English! Not enough towels for 3 ppl only for 2. No irons in room. Way to far from city center

Parking is great and quite. Not the most upscale or up to date. It rated 4 star, it would rate at a 3 stars due it limited amenities. Don’t expect luggage service or help opening doors. Overall not bad for the price of $130.00 per night.

Great stay. After a slight mix up with my booming and the required room type the staff went over and beyond to get us sorted. Great room, lovely staff in the restaurant. The hotel is a 10 min pleasant walk to the shopping mall where you the metro right into the centre. Lovely pool area. Would stay again.

Sandrine makes the best breakfast in town! Everything is tasty. Of course, the croissant, the baguette, the bread in general is fresh and delicious. They gave yogurt with fruits in the side. They have various different kind of cheese. Great juices, hot chocolate, coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, etc. They even have bacon which is really not a French classic! They have cereals and pastries. I'm sure I forget some stuff. And everything is the best! The service staff at the restaurant and in the hotel is top notch. The only negative is the gate to get to the hotel didn't work when we were there. And the hotel would need a little refreshing of the rooms. But we would come back and stay there again in a heartbeat. 45 minutes drive or metro to Paris center.

Metro or shops are not close.

Hotel in general was good, nice pool, good parking, misunderstanding with room booking and breakfast. And shower head was not good and therefore struggled to have a shower without soaking the bathroom

Very run down. Pool was shut. Breakfast was poor and nearly gone when we arrived.

Plates wont be clean while u have breakfast. Pls watchout. AC will not work and instead they ask you to Open windows or will give you fan. For Checkin was waiting for 20 mins..no one was there at reception. If u come late at night with kids..becareful as staff at reception will watch Adult content on large screen. Room cleaning service is horrible.. inspite of placing DND, staff still try to enter to clean room. Hand football game is only for namesake. For 3 days i was following up but staff couldn't find.

We stayed at this hotel from the 7-10 Apr & they didn’t supply what I had booked & despite numerous requests they failed to address the issues raised. I booked 3 beds as my 2 step daughters cannot sleep together in a bed. When we arrived at the hotel (7th) we found that we had been given a room with just 2 beds. I raised this with the person on the front desk who said there was nothing she could do & I had to speak to the person who was on duty in the morning. In the morning I raised this with the person on the desk & they said when I returned that evening (8th), this issue would be resolved. When I returned in the evening, I spoke to the person on the front desk & they knew nothing about it. They tried to sort out another room but they said they only had another room exactly the same as what we had, but they would leave a note for day team to resolve it. I asked if I could have a complimentary breakfast as for 2 nights I hadn’t had the room I had booked. They said no problem & noted it down. When we came down in the morning (9th) at 0955 there was nothing left for breakfast. Another family was complaining as they had paid for a breakfast service and there was nothing there, see photos below: Food can run out but the person in charge of the kitchens attitude was terrible & she was also rude. So we left with no breakfast. We returned that night from Disneyland, our room hadn’t been changed & our existing room hadn’t been cleaned. Air con also didn’t work.

I enjoyed my stay. All the hotel workers are nice. I thank specially, Maria at the breakfast, she’s very nice, friendly and very respectful.

Very disappointed with the room. Upon checking into the room I found a nickel size bed bug lying on its back on the bathroom sink. After my 2nd request the staff agreed to let me change room. Curtains and bathtub plug broken. Room has not been well maintained since pre-Covid. The staffs were inexperienced except for the ladies helping at the restaurant. I would never stay at this hotel again!

1. Outdated and smelly room. 2. Dangerous access with icy lobby stairs, no pathway for luggage. 3. Not so friendly staff and takes a lifetime to check out. Asked questions and don't understand.

This hotel is conveniently located for the metro (around 15 mins walk) which we wanted to use to get into the heart of Paris. The public areas in the hotel are modern but the room we stayed in was a little tired. Having said that we all slept well and would quite happily stay there again. The hotel also felt safe and the staff were very helpful.

Beautiful view to walk around the lake, comfortable stay in hotel for three days and very nice and hospitality at reception.

The pros: the staff did their very best, thank you to them. The lobby is nice and the pool area pleasant too. The rooms were run down with ingrained dirt in the bathroom. The aircon seemed to be on but actually did nothing with the room temperature at night over 27 degrees. Requests to change this were not helped. When I switched off the aircon and opened the window our baby ended up with over 30 mosquito bites. Guests were not asked to wear masks - covid discipline was very poor.

The staff is friendly and professional. Our room is good but the AC blower didn't work so well. And its a bit cramped for 3 people. Breakfast was great, but the tables inside were always covered in dust. The pool closes at 7pm. So plan accordingly if you want to take a swim after a day of sightseeing. I would stay here again.

The room was too hot. I requested for the air condition to be on,they said it not yet the season to put it on which I did not really agree to

I was staying for three nights, in 3 different rooms. In one, the air condition did not work. In another the toilet was urine-like smelling. The rooms were reasonably clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The parking is free, a great plus. Here in Creiteil and the surrounding this hotel seems to be the best choice for a still reasonable price. For me the most important: Will I book again. Due to the reason mentioned before, I will do.

The service was the beste service ever!!!!! The staff where so Nice they helpt us with everything we asked for. They rooms where clean that had al lot of sanitizer and clean stuff for the COVID time.

I liked that the property was family friendly. However, their infant cribs were cheap. I ended up sleeping with my toddler in bed with me because it was not level. I liked that kids could play outside and their was free parking. The room was overall accommodating for what we needed. The staff was very friendly!

Very good modern hotel, excellent breakfast, free parking, free wifi, free breakfast, excellent view, does absolutly deserve at least an average of a 8. As every hotel there are some down sides like the the shower water pressure and overall quality of the bathroom but overall good choice close to center of Paris, Disney and Versailles
