Great location for a stay without a car. This is a grand hotel in more than name.

The location is near several of the major attractions in Turin. Many excellent dining options are also within walking distance. The staff is always available to answer questions, give directions and arrange transportation. The hotel itself is very beautiful.

A very elegant and comfortable hotel in the middle of Torino with walking distance to most things a tourist may want to see. Staff is very friendly and helpful. When I return to the city, I will return to this hotel.

Our room size is good. The hotel is clean and close to shops. Breakfast is good. The staff are very polite. One thing they can improve is the quality of pillows. Even if we use two pillows (on top of each other), they were very thin.

This is NOT a 5-star hotel. The room was clean, the service good, and so is breakfast, but the room is minuscule (I guess 100 square feet at most) and the bathroom is very old style (open tub), fixtures are from last century. The look is old and decrepit, sofas covered in cracked leather, the lobby is decorated with plastic plants. Maybe it had its heyday, but definitely not 5 star today.

Central, classy, big room, good service, breakfast buffet nothing special. Typical good 5 star hotel. Fancy restaurant was closed every Monday so could not try it. Is a Torino thing. But will stay here again

This hotel for us was more upmarket than we had expected, but was wonderful. Great large room, old fashioned setting and service. Excellent full breakfast included. We did not eat din er there, but were told it was very good. Nearby dining and shops. Convenient to everything.

Good hotel in the heart of Turin. The room is well appointed and clean. I arrived very early, so my room was not ready, but they took care of my luggage and made sure it was in my room by the time i got back

Easy to get there from train station. It takes 10-15 minutes walking. Located in the heart of the city. Nice, clean, safe neighborhood. A lot of dining options. Very polite, friendly staff. Good delicious breakfast.

We stayed for 3 nights at this property and were so glad that we picked this place! Beautiful property and great rooms. We were 3 in our room and the pull out bed for my very tall teenager was really comfortable.
The front staff was very hospitable and helpful, they helped us with our local travels and taxi etc. Very highly recommend this for your next stay in Turin. Great restaurants and shopping just walking distance. The restaurant right across had some great pizzas and deserts.

Located just a short walk from fine shopping and the superb sights of this interesting city, this excellent hotel was a good base for exploring Turin. The very professional and attentive bartender in the hotel’s handsome bar makes a great Negroni.

Thaïs is a lovely, old fashioned Hotel. Very élégant, well designed, small rooms. Everything is within walking distance. Thé concierge gave excellent suggestions for restaurants.
