Superb hotel in the heart of Wiesbaden. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. There was a wide selection of food and drink for the buffet breakfast in the Orangerie. The Ente restaurant served up a truly amazing dinner worthy of a Michelin star.

It was our 27th wedding anniversary and this was the perfect weekend getaway for us to relax and enjoy each other’s company.

The location is great. A renovation of the Hotel is long overdue. The room we stayed in is outdated. The bathroom is as bad. The landscaping in front of the Hotel is very sloppy. The pictures shown with fountain in front (it’s the fountain from the Kurhaus park) are misleading.We were very disappointed and won’t stay here again until the Hotel is renovated.

Hotel is as I remembered it but not as clean specially around the outdoor restaurant area. Service is not as nice. However, room is clean and smells good. Checkin was swift and staff were friendly. Valet were very courteous too.

The nicest most elegant classic hotel in Wiesbaden. Beautiful food service. Classical music in the orangerie during breakfast. You feel like you have stepped back into a more civilized time. The location is absolutely unbeatable as well. The staff so friendly. I was greeted by name as I walked in. A joy.

We intended to stay for two nights to enjoy the THERME at rooftop (indoor pool and outdoor terrace). Am fixed in a wheel chair. I checked the boxes on reservation and as of course there isn't a 100% guarantee by hotels.com for the features, I contacted the hotel right away - it is a classic building and a five-star-deluxe level. The hotel understood our idea of relax and the needs of a barrier-free room. I received an email confirming the barrier-free room. For the Wellness level I was informed that this is not barrier-free but wheelchair accessible - difference: "we don't have a handicap-toilet up there" - no problem for us. When we arrived the drama started: we don't have barrier-free room but near to your room there is public one. OK, we can manage - then we found out that it is only three rooms distance but seven steps in-between. We had to use a lift down, cross the hotel to another lift, get up on 2nd floor again. We found out ourself that in that toilet there was a tiny wheelchair that passes our narrow door to bathroom in our room - why did we have to find out ourself? When arriving to 5th floor THERME I faced another five steps with not stair-lift. To access indoor- and outdoor wellness several times only 3-5 stairs had to be passed with no ramp or support => no way to get to wellness. SUMMARY How can such a high-class hotel be so ignorant with a request - if for handicap or not? The nights have been prepaid and the hotel refused any responsibility.

The hotel is polished like a gem. I have never seen a hotel where all the common areas were so clean. My room was very simple, but very good. I really liked the pool. I liked how the staff checked on me in the evening to make sure I had everything I needed. I am already recommending this hotel to people at my company to stay there if they take a trip to the area or are doing a layover.

We were disappointed from our recent stay at Nassauer Hof especially because of the Spa. When reading the description in hotels.com you expect to arrive to a full service spa as mentioned in the main amenities. Although the pool is indeed beautiful, that was it!... They do have a sauna, as mentioned couple of times on hotels.com (under things to do and special features), but in order to access the sauna you need to pay additional 15 euro per person per day! Which is NOT stated under additional fees and small print. So- overall just disappointing expecting to come to a luxury hotel and spa (for almost 300 euro per night) and discover that the spa is simply a pool. A beautiful one, but nevertheless, just a pool. Location is great and the room was large and comfortable. Unfortunately, we expected one thing and got something else and that put a damper on our experience.

The Lobby Bar is nice, but it takes too long for one man to do everything. He needs more help. Exquisite furnishings and fine attention to detail.My BEST Hotel Ever.

Check in was annoying - I didn’t realise you needed to clarify two people in the room (which I had thought I did anyway). They were not very nice about the process and charged us 30% more for the room - breakfast not even included. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay. Hotel is slightly dated.

Spa, bar and upscale restaurant were closed for 2 week vacation. Very disappointing. Were only told this on hotels.com after we had paid no refundable price. I had called the hotel to book dinner reservations. They had no record of it. When we went to one restaurant that I had wanted they said I had booked it one month before. So, I guess, hotel booked it and forgot to note it. Very disappointing

Truly a stellar hotel. Service is exquisite. The restaurant on premises are wonderful. The hotel is close to the city center, so a lot of shopping and restaurants.

This was quite possibly the best combination of pure aesthetic beauty in a building and the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. I cannot say how much of a fantastic experience it was to stay in this hotel. We went out to dinner at a local restaurant, as the area has some amazing places to choose from within walking distance. Upon returning to the room, we realized that this hotel came with a turn down service, which was not anticipated. It was purely divine.
