I couldn’t upload all the photos I took of this place. Ice machine from the 60’s and a water filter that didn’t look cleaned or changed since then. Torn carpet, room entertainment stand that moved with a push of a finger, room fridge with dents in door, exposed plumbing, poor tile and trim work, carpeting throughout had stains in halls and common areas. NOT an 8.9 in a million years.

Chose hotel because it had restaurant and bar but the web site said it did on check in I found out otherwise and after I made reservations I couldn’t cancel even though all their digital data stated otherwise. UPDATE THE WEBSITE AS WELL AS THE HOTEL APP DESCRIPTION. item of note the hotel is “in the middle of upgrades”

Great value for the money. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. The bathroom could have been bigger but was in good condition. The breakfast was amazing. Omelets made to order, and several other hot options. We stayed here twice in one week and the service and accommodations were great both times. Close to restaurants and retail.

The address is Foothill Blvd but they are not really on that street. I had to access maps on my phone to find them. You need to enter from Dewar ave. When checking in the clerk walked off as soon as she saw me walking towards her, I had to call out to get. her attention She seemed angry that she had to go through the check-in process and was pretty rude. She quoted me $50 for my dog when the website stated $25. The property was a bit dated but my room had been updated. Breakfast was good.

Really great stay, stayed for one night only but staff was really great and breakfast was delicious as well. Rooms were clean and it was quiet at night.

Indoor pool was great and kept the kids entertained. Breakfast options were plenty. Room was spacious with comfortable beds. I'd stay here again.

We all know that pictures can be deceiving, but a little surprised that reviews and ratings are starting to feel a bit off as well…
Hotel entrance felt fine. Once we were past that it all felt more like lipstick on a pig… the one remaining ice maker was 100 years old, the missing ice makers were replaced by a wall hanging with plumbing fixtures still present, and the hallways felt like the shining.
It wasn’t horrible but definitely aged and could be cleaner.
Only complaint complaint, is the mini pillows that are provided. For some reason there seems to be a pillow shortage when more are requested….

It was a quick overnight stay. Anthony at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant.
Room was clean. Only thing is that it smelled like dog urine. Hopefully with the remodel they replace carpet with flooring instead.

The breakfast was top notch with made to order omlettes as well as many other different options. The workout room was ok, clean and had some free weights. Some of the machines were good others sounded like they needed repair. Room was great and beds comfortable. Nice big walk in shower that was updated.

I thought the rating was exceptional for the price advertised, but that “8.8” was apparently by Rock Springs standards. Although the staff were friendly, the room was awful. Hair in the bed, hair in the shower/ tub, poop stains from last occupant maybe. Below the bathroom sink was crumbling wall and stains ( I’m hoping not mildew). The screaming baby and loud folks in the hallway all night did not help either:(

Our first room was terrible — the HVAC unit was incredibly loud and ineffective. However, upon request, the staff quickly moved us to a much nicer room. Everything was very clean and in good repair. The pool and fitness areas were well kept. Breakfast featured eggs-made-to-order, a nice variation from the usual continental offerings. The staff was unfailingly polite and helpful.

The rooms were big and the beds were comfy. The place had thin doors that struggled to lock and seemed to be a favorite for truckers and construction workers, not necessarily for families. It was a bit sketchy.

This was just your average hotel. It said it had a restaurant and bar on the premises. It didn't. The breakfast was nice but the staff that made the omelets were rude. We had 4 of us in our room, which it states on the reservation. But we only got 3 towel sets. And it would of been nice to have another chair so we didn't have to sit on the beds to converse. Some of the plugs didn't work either to charge things.

This place was awful. They canceled my reservation 20 minutes before arrival and gave my room to someone else. The girl at the front desk was beyond rude and wouldn’t even put the phone down when I asked about vacancies. to me because she was on the phone with it sounded like a friend. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best place I have stayed and I have traveled the world. All night I kept saying to myself how comfortable I was. Best mattress and mattress cover. Best breakfast included in the morning including someone making to order omelets. Along with waffle maker there is fresh hot hash browns and two different types of sausages. Awesome stay.

Room was excellent. Although it is a non smoking property it smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallway. I don’t know what they could’ve done about it. It was very convenient location for us. Price was good.

The breakfast was great! Doing construction a bit noisy and it says restaurant but was not open or bar was not open! Room was nice!

The property was under construction and we were not informed of that prior to check-in or at check-in. Constant noise from 7:00am-8:00pm. Equipment & construction dust everywhere. Once construction had ceased it was still noisy because of paper thin walls. The gap under the door also let in hall light. Would not recommend until construction completed.

Average at best. Bathtub/ shower wouldn’t drain, wife asked for an extra blanket and was told that’s not possible. Carpet was dirty. The only good part was breakfast.
