Total nightmare … inexperienced staff. Rude and inhospitable… they stole our deposit and didn’t honor our extended reservation

Clean room. Smaller bathroom. Broken tv remote. Very comfortable bed. In a busy retail area but didn’t notice any noise in room

Close to restaurant, breakfast is good, staff are friendly, clean.

The blinking red light on the telephone on the room telephone was annoying. I had to cover it with a towel.

The room had an overpowering aroma of chlorine from towels and bathing suits piled on the carpet. The staff did remove the smell by the time we arrived back that evening from our events.

They used real plates and flatware instead of paper plates and plastic utensils. A nice touch

Actually a very nice property, so the strange breakfast area and offerings were unexpected. Also, deferred maintenance. Minor, but still there.

Staff are wonderful; Breakfast was much better than I’ve had at other hotels.

Super frustrating that you have to request housekeeping each day but they don’t tell you that. They also didn’t have any extra blankets. Overall poor communication and customer service.

Average, reasonable yet needs a complete refresh pretty outdated

The hotel itself was nice with pleasant staff. We got a room upgrade to be near the other room for our group, even with a pet. Rooms are spacious and breakfast included was nice with waffles, eggs, sausage, fresh whole fruit. The only negative was the area - it didn't look safe, with some shifty looking characters hanging around. We took all our belongings out of the car to be safe and didn't walk around at night.

We were not expecting a high end place but for $200+ a night I didn’t expect some of the buildings to be so rough. There are 3 buildings. Ours was much nicer than the first one we went into. Very strong “febreeze” smell, which cheapens the experience. The room was mainly clean (dusty night stand and corners). The bed and linens were amazing! Breakfast was big and had a lot of choices. Location was great. Hot tub was small but clean

Helpful staff, breakfast good but way understaffed so ran out of clean cutlery frequently. TV remotes need replacing-was gummy even after cleaning it.

The property was arranged in four different buildings. I was on the first floor and i wanted ice, i had to go outside, up two flights for the ice machine. The public laundry (advertised at their site) was (out of order) and by the looks of the room it had been for extended time. The hot tub and swimming pool was across two parking areas from my room and outside. the construction of the building permitted me to hear every footstep in the room above and the noise from the adjacent showers was very audible. All in all not a very user-friendly place. would not stay there again.

The walls were thin, which allowed for a lot of noise in to the rooms. The hallway wall before entering our room was damaged. Car alarm went off for 4 hours and did not allow us to sleep. We ended up leaving to find a new hotel at 2:30am.

Room was a good size with lots of space. Oddly had a dishwasher but no dishes glasses or cutlery. Bathroom door handle was broken on the inside so got locked in! Breakfast options were mediocre.

I'm surprised this hotel was so bad. When we entered the building where our room was there was a giant dark spot on the carpet next to a terribly patched wall. I assumed the dark spot was a stain until I steeped in it with my socks on. it was soaked I wasnt sure if it was sewage or a leak from a shower or pipe so it left me grossed out. The outside areas of our hotel was full of garbage like as if there was homeless people living on property. This actually was the case. This was a family get away and there was crazy people outside our room so we couldn't allow them to go outside by there selves it was kind of scary. At 4:30 in the morning I heard a drive a car drive up as I had to sleep lightly worried something was going to happen to my vehicle and there were 2 men inside with flash lights. At one point I could see one of the men in the vehicle and noticed he had a ski mask over his head at this point I started to worry about my children's safety as they were across the hall. I thought the men were going to come inside a commit a robbery. Luckily it seems as if they were only interested in cars as they were looking inside them. I wasn't happy with the hotel not having anything to deter these types of activities like a security guard or security cameras on the outside of the buildings. We decided to cut our loses and not stay another night and leave early after one of the crazy persons looked dangerous enough to keep the kids from getting to the pool it just wasnt worth it

Overall enjoyed our stay. Our only concern was that the food (eggs) were not kept to correct temperature at breakfast and were cold when we got them.

Great base for a shopping trip.

Great breakfast and staff! Very private for being in the middle of town. Close to everything. Ros have a sense of old world charm that can't be matched anywhere in Bellingham.
