Toilet wasn’t cleaned as we first arrived. Blanket very very worn

The main reason to book a hotel was to enjoy the pool. The pool was dirty, green color (not blue) and dangerous, health hazard. No one is using the pool. We were so disappointed. The day was ruined. The picture of pool shown on Expedia is probably from other hotels. We demand refund.

Beds hard, not updated, needs help, nothing nearby to visit.

Hotel stay was decent but only thing I didn't like about my stay was I went to pool and hot tub and both looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days so I just went back to my room instead.

The hotel room needed a fresh coat of paint and repairs. The check-in staff person was not fully informed about dining options in the area.

Staff was not friendly, the ice machine was not working, our refrigerator did not work, the sink leaked water all over my electronics on the counter from a bad value. The front desk did not care. The person in front of me in line to check out were complaining and the people behind me were complaining too!

NOT worth the price. this looks like a motel. shower wasn't working. this should be $50-$80 a night not $200 .

Room was decent. Definitely needs some upgrades. None of the TV channels worked. Definitely not worth the price.

Super old and dated

This was one of the worse places I stayed in. Very dirty, smelly, noisy, etc..

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable. Yes, the property is getting older and could use a refreshing, but it was clean.

The property was quiet and everything worked. But the furnishings looked like they were picked up at a rummage sale. Furniture was chipped or broken. The sleep sofa had spots. Paint was chipped, tile caulking was missing. I took photos if anyone is interested.

The building needs an upgrade and is overpriced. The area around does not have any close places to find food or drinks

The pool and hot tub was very dirty. Could not be used. Blankets with burn holes in them. Baseboards need fixed. Bed was comfortable. Walls need painting.

There was no breakfast. But its clean and decent.

The room had cigarette smell, although it was a non smoking room. They ask for $100 deposit on top of your stay. I only stayed there because there was no other option. Not worth the price.

Room was clean but property in general is just old and run down. Pool was freezing but the hot tub was nice and hot. Staff was nice.

I was very disappointed with my room. The sink & shower fixtures were so worn that my wife couldn't operate them and I had to use both hands. I asked for additional pillows as the ones we had where pancakes. They gave us fluffy new pillows. Great!! Wrong! By morning time the new pillows were pancakes! The bathroom door jam had dry rot or termites about up a foot off the ground. The place generally was worn & tired!!

Motel style lodging. Decent area. Overall not worth the least you'd pay on a motel so definitly not worth $144 a night. The decor first sign of mistake. Mismatched furniture (table, chairs, odd table, nightstand) throughout. Water in bath/shower area not good. Left not hot, right not cold, center not warm. After a good spot found had to use it. Turned knob right...almost scalded myself. Turned it left ...glacial temps. Took about 10 minutes to find a mediocre temp ever time used. Bathroom repairs not even attempted to look professional, obvious patchwork to shower and tub. Toilet had no pressure when flushed. Always appearing as if it would clog. Thank goodness, it never did. Bathroom fan obnoxiously loud and worked with the light, so not optional. Blanket on king sized bed came 3/4 to top with extremely worn, knotty texture. Bedspread flipped to silk side because top was pathetically worn. Pillows had no fluff whatsoever(4 flat choices). Refrigerator's freezer did not freeze. Put a Crush soda in for 2 days and got a slightly colder soda. Gave it a 2 because I had 4 walls, a bed, a tv with a remote, running water...a slight step above camping.

The gal that checked me in took a picture of my debit card. Not ok. It took absurdly long to get checked in. I was the only one there. Then the room key didn’t work. Room smelled so much like smoke. So not worth the price.

Convenient location at reasonable rate with quiet room, although the furniture was a little dated, it suited my needs

I've never stayed in a hotel room with NO bedside tables, NO chairs, and a shower that seemed to be on its last legs. I guess there's always a first time. Oh, there was a ratty old loveseat with springs sticking out.

it was dirty the carpet was full of stuff on top of bed area with a used condom. it had a dead bed bug, no continental breakfast, no elevator, was placed on 2nd floor,

Clean, rooms updated, nice to have 2 rooms & 3 beds for our stay.
