Staff was beyond amazing!

The only thing that was NOT excellent was the provided breakfast - VERY limited selection.

Great all around!

This is not a cute boutique hotel. Tour buses pull up to unload passengers and I could barely find a place to park. The room numbering is odd with the 6000 on the bottom and the 4000 on the top. We requested a bottom floor due to my daughter’s issues with stairs and a room with 2 beds downstairs was not available. The breakfast is ok with hard boiled eggs and bacon. This place is huge so I never saw the pool. The images on the site make it appear much smaller. The room was large with comfortable beds and pillows and good desk space. The staff are very nice.

My experience was good. The kids enjoyed the pool. Service was great. But We didn’t appreciate the extreme noice level from the room upstairs.

So, I booked this property solely on pictures of the pool/hot tub area for my wife When you pull up to the hotel, the parking lot is not that impressive, but once you enter the lobby, it is clean vibrant. Staff was polite. I booked a room that was Supposed to be Garden View, but we ended up with a 2nd story room with a view of a building roof. Room itself was nice and clean and had a comfortable bed. Pool area looked amazing, but by the time we settled in, it was a little late so we decided to just crash for the night and didn't get to use it. I will definitely bring the grandkids here next time we are heading to Santa Cruz. I'll just have to confirm which rooms are near pool. Breakfast in the morning was a little disappointing and I ended up ordering Denny's. Breakfast only had Bacon, toast, and Soft boiled eggs. Might of had a few more items, but it did not have many options. My Granddaughter would not be happy because she likes the places that have a make your own waffle station.

We enjoyed our stay because of the staff. The front desk staff were amazing. One of the staff members was so helpful. She answered all of our questions and even gave us good tips on where to go, and made our stay better since we were there for a football game. Thank you to the wonderful staff again!

Clean prpperty and well kept rooms. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The street side windows did not seal well and it is really noisy there.

Great vibe for an old hotel that has been updated with a very vintage Palm Springs feel. It’s still an old hotel but it doesn’t feel run down.

The resort feel once you’re in the hotel is wonderful compared to the busyness outside it’s walls

Asked for, and received a quiet room and got one (once the kids enjoying the pool left). The room was spacious, nicely decorated with quite acceptable amenities including ample usb and power outlets. The bath had motion sensors for the light and fan. The light sensor turned the light on in the middle of the night; so I just closed the bathroom door. The continental breakfast included fruit, bagels, hard boiled eggs, juices, and coffee and the staff did an excellent job of keeping these items even with a large tour group present. The room doors could be better weathered stripped as a lot of light leaked frim the hallway lighting. Overall I readily recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly, the cleanliness and decorations of the reception area and cleanliness of the room!

Enjoyed my stay and time spent at the pool

The property seemed a bit run down. There were odd smells as I walked through the hallways. The room was acceptable. The breakfast was absolutely minimal and much less that the vast majoruty of the placesa I have stayed at in the laast few years. Overall I feel that the rating of 8 is not what I saw at this property.

Overall it’s a great place to stay. Breakfast is very limited.

Wonderful staff. Spacious room with a lot of storage. Really cute retro decor. Coffee in room was very good. Pool area very private. Free parking a bonus. Conveniently located for us. Cons: doors to rooms slam loudly. Consider soft closures for doors. Sink was cracked. Vessel sinks are very inconvenient for short people. No bars of any kind to hold to get into tub. There was a towel bar but too high to touch. Bathroom door hinges very squeaky. Breakfast bar extremely limited.
