I had a fantastic stay at your hotel room was lovely and bed nice and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing food was really nice well done

Hotel is in good position if travelling and using motorway, ideal for one night. Not many places to eat or drink near it but the food deal is excellent value for 3 course meal, the food was lovely. On the downside no milk served with coffee and took several
minutes to locate a staff member, we were offered fresh warm coffees in replacement, no remote control for the tv in room, reception gave us a new one, we had a room with bath/shower but the soap dispensers are so high up the wall if your having a bath you can’t reach them.

Very comfortable stay but it would be nice if a sign was asking guests to respect others sleep when walking in corridors.

Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful.
Breakfast was good expect for the sausage quality and flavour but thats a personal choice.

Last time we visited there were no parking charges so slightly dissapointed with this extra expense.

This location charges for parking it was not mentioned during booking. Checking is complex and requires a lot of personal information... it was easier to go through UK Border control. I will certainly be keeping these issues in mind the next time I am booking travel accommodation

Fantastic staff on reception who were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was well maintained and very clean. Room was comfortable and perfect for my one night stay. Very quiet and a good location with a cinema, Five Guys and Costa all within walking distance.

Liked that I know what to expect from any Holiday Inn rooms and amenities etc.
Disliked that I had multiple emails about booking/check ins/dining/ car park payment etc and nothing about the security deposit that we’re expected to provide a physical card for. I did not have any cards on me as they could not accept contactless/phone/apple pay so we almost had to sleep in the car after having paid in full the night’s stay.
Feels the hotel is putting money making first than the customers. Felt really uncomfortable the whole stay and just a bad feeling with how its being run.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Rooms were very standard but had everything you need and expect.

Arrived expecting a double bed and given a single with no option to change. Wifi didn’t work and the shampoo was empty.

The food was good but the breakfasts were no where near as good as the evening meals in terms of quality

Disappointed that cooler (mini fridges) had been removed from standard rooms, with only executive rooms now having a fridge
