Never stayed in a driver tried to check in at 4am 15 minutes after my booking and was told I need to check at 3pm. Which was useless to me. I continued on to my destination two hours away on no sleep and was not refunded.

Didnt like anything about the Property. Had to leave a day sooner and was refused my last day refund.

My wife and I stayed there 19 year ago. So we thought we give it a try again. Room was clean. It had a good refrigerator. No coffee pot or closets to hang clothes? Bed was conformable with clean sheets. Pool was nice also. We bought a coffee pot at Walmart because the office had nothing in the morning. We would, and will, come again. I didn't think it was bad for the price. Didn't experience any troubles posted online. Construction and traffic is terrible on SR19. Not Roadways fault!

It was not well cleaned and cigarette holes were on the sheets though I ask for a non smoking room.

Where do I begin? Having prepaid through Orbitz, I was quite shocked to find I needed to make an additional deposit, and very specifically, in cash upon arrival. The roads are under heavy construction and we missed the entrance and had to spend another 30 minutes getting back to it, due to the aforementioned construction. Upon entering the room, we discovered both the television and the in room phone were broken. There were no bedside lamps, only a very bright fluorescent light installed over the bed that you had to walk across the room to turn on or off when entering. There was no hot water. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. They gave us 4 very tiny pillows for a king size bed, so bring your own if you plan on stayong here. We had a concert to go to and when we returned at 11pm, we decided to just go ahead and check out and make the 90 minute drive home. Thats how bad it was.

First thing I saw was roaches. Bad start. Then there were cigarette or some kind of burns on the bed. The door did not lock unless you used the bar that flips over. If you leave the room, you can’t lock it. Why I’m saying all this? No way I was staying in that room after I saw at least 5 roaches. I have video proof. Front desk guy was doing his best and that was appreciated. I just wanted to sleep. Moved me to the room next door. Pretty sure that wasn’t going to solve the bug problem. Didn’t see any roaches. Still burns on sheets and covers. One of the locks didn’t work but it would lock if you left the room and the key would open the door 👍. A/C looked 20 years old and had no vent slats but it produced cold air. I’m ready to sleep. For some reason I fall asleep to the sound of the TV. Well, TV wouldn’t turn on. Called front desk and he came immediately. I said “the only thing I didn’t check was if it was plugged in”. You guessed it, not plugged in. Then the remote didn’t work. Had to get up to turn TV On or OFF. Fell asleep 😴. Woke up to go to restroom. Hello there Mr. Roach on the toilet seat. Good thing I didn’t just plop down on the seat and hear a little crunch. So, bugs probably crawled on me, but I was so tired. Next day, ice machine not working. Oh yeah, the refrigerator shelves on the inside of the door were duct take. To keep stuff from falling out. Classy 👍. There’s more but you get the picture. AWFUL!!!

For the money it was about right. Rooms were in need of updating.

Maybe the worst room I have rented in my life. Damaged walls, trim falling off, and smelled bad.

It was like walking into a Saw trap. I didn’t know what was going to surprise me next. The furniture was broken and falling apart. There was what appeared to be dried blood on the sheets. There were holes in the walls and pieces of the ceiling were falling down. There was no hot water. I do NOT recommend this place for your stay. When I went to the front desk to voice my concerns all I got was faked shock and half hearted apologies with no offers of remediation. I checked out immediately and went elsewhere.

Front desk person was helpful but housekeeping is questionable. Cigarette hole on bedspread and sheets not changed. Rest of room and bathroom clean. Definitely have long term guests living in hotel. For a quick night was what was needed but will not rebook this location. 10 minutes up the road is a better looking Rodeway Inn

The property needs repairs, at least room 124.

Room was NOT as advertised by Expedia. The pictures were very misleading. Our room was quite damaged, dirty, and smelled. Paint peeling, dirty garbage left in a drawer, dirt left on the toilet lid, mattress old and broken (sunk in on one side).

Was very run down. Rooms smell of smoke. Cockroach’s.

It seemed like there were many people living on the property. There were dogs barking and kids crying, i ended up not even staying there as it was supposed to be a getaway for the night.

I got a smoking room when i ask for non smokers

The property is outdated and needs a lot of work. Room wasn’t ready for check in even though I was 3-1/2 hours past check in time. The price was the only good thing about the stay.

I really should have paid more attention to the reviews and spent 50 bucks more to stay somewhere else. The room was really rundown and confusing. I went to the front desk and asked for extra pillows and was told housekeeping would drop off more. Forward a few hours and sent my husband down to the front desk and was told "we dont have extra." Everything was uncomfortable

I have never seen a room in such terrible condition, no soft lighting/lamps. No lenses on bare fluorescent tubes. Cracks in walls, ancient cabinets and the smell from cleaning solution to keep the critters away was awful. This honestly looked like a room that an unscrupulous farmer would put migrant workers in.

Didn't even provide a box of tissues.. Holes in the walls in bathroom. Ceiling was moldy.

Worst experience ever, we arrived around 6pm, the front office is closed. They do put a note with a phone number on the window, we called more than one hour, nobody answered. We have kids i the car, so I have to try to find someone.I went to laundry room, some women were there. Room is very very dirty, cockroaches everywhere. They don’t have Wi-Fi,don’t have coffee, don’t have drink water no matter cold or hot. The faucet is broken, toilet is leaking and make noises. And the smell, mix with manures and perfumes . Nobody should live in this condition.

I am trying to get a refund as the room is very disgusting. The sheets had to be changed upon arrival and everything is falling apart. The tv doesn’t work at all. It is unsafe to drive home the 4.5 hr journey , very very upset and not at all happy.

The room was clean but the property itself was very dirty. I didn’t even want to take my dog out to potty due to garbage, broken glass and dog poop everywhere. I guess no one picks up after their dog. The phone didn’t work and we had no wi fo after several attempts to enter the password given to us from the front text. The front text person upon check in was very nice

The rooms were dirty, the floors do not appear to have been washed in a while or were washed with dirty water. 2 people per room, one chair. Have been married 48 years, do not need my wife sitting on my lap! We took the disgusting bedspreads off the beds as we did not feel comfortable sitting on them, let alone sleeping with them on the floor. Was not offered the senior discount or AAA discount, even though they took my driver’s licence information so they knew how old I was.

Good service. Property is on the old side, but well updated and maintained. Wifi is not the best, but similar to other properties. No coffeemaker, but there is a Circle K that has coffee a 5 minute drive away. There are also several restaurants nearby. Good value overall, and would stay here again as a Spring Training (Dunedin) stay.

Not sure what is going on here - if it’s in the middle of redo or what but needs a lot of overall cleaning up. The bath door was very dirty on the back side with a hole as well. There was a peculiar smell - there were only fluorescent lights in the room - it felt more like a shelter than a hotel. I realize it was a less expensive place to stay but it made us feel like it might not even be that safe. We ended up not even staying after paying for the night because it was that questionable.

We ended up getting another hotel. Not safe and dirty.

Wouldn’t stay again for free

They claimed they had an Internet and gave us a password, but it never worked. We could never pull up their Internet and never used it. Room was not real clean closet was a joke. Surrounding area outside was very dirty and noisy.
