Floor was sticky. I had to "mop" it with hot water and a towel.Wrong remote for the tv. Employee seemed annoyed at having to get the right remote.

this place is filthy! we found cigarette holes in the bedding as well as stains, a used cigarette on top of the light, hair in the drain & roaches. we didn’t even stay the rest of the night.

The door had severe damage from being kicked in. The AC was very dirty inside and barely worked. The staff was nice though.

This is the very most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. The air conditioner is literally missing parts and blowing warm air. The bed, pillows and blankets smell like environmental pollutants and chemical warfare agent bug sprays and it’s in the air too. There is a large blinking light that the curtains do not block out, and the light shines across the ceiling at night. There was urine on the floor and toilet seat when I came in here and toilet paper was used. No soap available. The tub looks 40 yrs old. The air conditioner is loud and I cannot sleep. For $85 a night this is a complete rip off and it looks like normal Red Roof in from the office to the room, then it looks like in turns into either a college campus room where kids tore the place in half or a outhouse at a recreational camping ground. Clock doesn’t work. The king size bed is cheap, very uncomfortable, bounce around like you’re on an air mattress camping, the blankets are scratchy. One towel for the shower. Plus the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. On and off again. Come on where’s environmental protection agency? This hotel should be condemned in my opinion.

It definitely had only been “picked up” and linens changed. Floor needed mopped and everything wiped down. Area was very “iffy” and my husband was approached by a Homeless man and not left alone for quite a while. He was fine with but I was very uncomfortable.

No Tv no internet no hair dryer no holder for toilet paper the drain in wash basin broke could not lift up no coffee maker was not willing to give extra towels but the bed was very comfortable I would not recommend it as a good place to stay

Tried to call the hotel to let them know that we would be late checking in. No one answered the phone. When we arrived, it took several minutes of calling out before the desk clerk finally appeared. I had reserved 2 rooms. Neither TV worked and one of the rooms only had one bath towel. Overall, I would likely not choose Red Roof Inn the next time I need to book a hotel

I checked in, and uh, when I arrived was told they did not have the room that I had booked and that he could put me in a different room at the same price, even though the the room I had reserved cost bar and would not adjust the pricing at all. Then we get our room, a TV that does not work. No fridge

If what you are looking for after a long day or travel is a hotel room that smells like cigarettes, a old spring mattress, with a yellow cigarrette stained comforter with burn holes, a counter thats falling off the wall at a 45 degree angle, a light above the sink area that doesnt work as well as half the other lights, a floor that cleary hasnt seen a mop in months or a broom by the sign of dead bugs, dust and hair, this is the place for you. Absoluletly the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at, I dont know how this place has not been shut down.

This was the worst hotel I have ever spent the night in. I would not take off my socks to walk on the floors. I am a adult man, who was frightened to stay the night, but too cheap and proud to leave and get another room at a respectable hotel. From a drugged-out man outside the office at check-in asking for help to sit up straight to the filthy room, scary bathroom, and tiny terrible in-room TV.

The hotel is DIRTY! There was black mold around the tub, the floor was sticky, toilet was dirty, lights didnt work except in bathroom, air conditioner was falling off the wall, curtain was not completely hooked (but no hooks to hook it back up), security light outside door was flashing all night long and with the curtain hanging wrong it flashed in the room all night. Complained to front desk, he said he would tell the manager. Asked to speak to mgr, but was told he wasnt there. So asked to call him, but was told he cant.

Only 1 set of towels, asked multiple times for a second set. Finally got a 2nd set. A light was out complained for 3 days and it was never fixed. The TV stopped working and complained multiple times. Was told it would be fixed right away. The mattress must have been 20 years old. The bed spread had stains. The room was never serviced. On the 3rd night there was a fight/loud noise. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. We checked out. I'm still trying to get a refund for my remaining 3 nights. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again

It was very clean and quiet. The room was extremely Nice and the beds was very comfortable. I would recommend for family and friends to stay there if they were ever in need for a nice place to stay that's goes beyond being very helpful and friendly at check-in as well.

When I arrived at the hotel after my flight, it was 2am already. I was informed that they no longer had a room for me due to "maintenance issues", and if I wanted to find another place to stay I could check Google as to what was around and available. It took me 3 hours to find a hotel that had an available room that was an hour away, which I finally got at 5am. Since this was not my issue, Red Rod needed to have informed me of this issue earlier and tried to help me find a new place to stay. I almost had to sleep in my rental car. Not professional at all for leaving me stranded.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The sheets were filthy with stains. There was a soiled wash cloth still hanging on the shower rod. Crumbs and dirt all over the floor and even the cable did not work.

Check in was easy even though the first room they gave us was filthy and untouched by housekeeping, second room was better. Had to call the front desk after my child had gotten sick to ask about extra towels and a new blanket, was told that all the rooms were full and that they couldn't give me new bedding for my son (all rooms were not full). At one time this used to be a nice place, will not return.

Room smelled bad, one of the sheets had brown spots all over it. We had left for the day and someone had come in and took one of the comforters off the bed. I wouldn’t take my family there.
