This is the place to host your next late-night party!
Don't stay here unless you are ready to party all night with your fellow guests. We didn't sleep a second. Called the front desk, no help. From what we noticed you can do anything at this hotel and they won't kick you out. Great place to host a late-night party. Bad place to get a good night's sleep.

Lobby was gross. Tables were full of crumbs. Our bathroom could have used new grout and light bulbs were burnt out. Way over priced. I have stayed at 5 star hotels in big cities that were less money per night.

Have stayed here a few times over the years. It’s getting way overdue for an update. No AC, way too few outlets in the room. Not worth the cost.

Love that it is right on the river and there is a huge green space adjacent. My original room had a view of this but it wasn’t ready. They “upgraded” me to a room on the top floor with a view of construction in the back parking lot, nothing about the room itself was different. I then did get a voucher for a free breakfast for 2 but when I originally booked the room it had stated it was already included. Also not sure why the lobby coffee shop closes at 11.
All that said I do love this Holiday Inn, its location, cleanliness, staff and pet friendliness is great and I will always chose to stay here for those reasons.

There was a comic convention going on - staff was stretched thin and a bit snappy, and there was a lot of activity. They were remodeling too - so most of the amenities were out (ie - breakfast).

The property was grossly overpriced for the dated, tired property in need of a renovation. Our bathroom: sink had a huge crack in it, the tile near the floor was damaged and the tub was stopped up. The 80's air conditioner was very loud and shut off periodically through the night keeping us up. At least the staff were nice and it was very clean. We'll stay at at Vrbo next time we're in Missoula.

The main reason we picked this place was for the awesome looking pool and hot tub but when we got here they said it wasn’t working which was not advertised. Pretty expensive for no pool, hot tub and the on site restaurant is also being worked on. Nice place but way too expensive for no extras and you have to pay for breakfast too. Plus side is comfy beds but they are super high.

The staff and cleanliness are excellent here. There were two things we didn’t like. One was that we had a room that faced an interior ballroom and so if we had no access to fresh air. And the other is that there is a huge power plant right next to the hotel and while we are not especially electrosensitive., We did feel a little on edge and didn’t know why and it could’ve been that. Other than that it would be a great place to stay. Great location and like I said, the staff are friendly and very professional.

Check in staff was not happy we booked through Expedia. Booked a suite and we didn’t not get that. Room was very basic and small. They said they couldn’t change since I booked through Expedia. They were nice to start but then when we came back because the room was not what we booked the man was very unhelpful and kept telling us next time to booked through Holiday Inn. Very frustrating. The hotel was going through construction which is not noted on the site. Bathrooms are incredibly small. The river view is not accurate on the second floor. Pool was decent.

I woke up before my alarm to the sound of construction above me. It was not subtle. The sound made it impossible to sleep and impossible to relax once awake. You really should not book guests in rooms where their comfort, especially their sleep, will be affected.
