Hotel was great and the room very comfortable. Area was a bit sketchy but did not feel dangerous.

Alice Barbara Mrs Kim are Fabulous. I felt very Safe and Cared about from the Staff there. They Truly care about their Clients Very Clean. Rooms the Beds and Pillows. We're so Comfortable. I will be Back for Sure. Best Western truly treats you like Family 🙌🙌

We had a comfortable 2 nght stay

This is a great hotel if youre looking for a clean, quiet room with no issues. Did i mention a friendly staff. The breakfast is better than you'd expect. We have stayed in numerous hotels thru the years, and Best Western Murphy is our pick. the bed may be too soft or too hard for your liking, but you wont be disappointed with your overall experience.

The front staff clerk was new and could use more training on the check-in process. Besides that, everything else was great at the property.

The people working there are wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. Area was ok as well. Near enough to downtown Murphy. Room was ok. Could use a little update but not bad. I would stay again for sure.

This hotel I would highly recommend, the office lady was very nice checking us in, also we got to check in earlier than we expected. The room was nice and clean, lots of space in the room. The bed slept well, and the shower was perfect. I will stay again, the best of all was the BREAKFAST, it was EXCELLENT!!!

Compared to other 30 plus Best Westerns I stayed at previously I have to say I liked this one the least but first off I will start with the positives. My wife and I liked the fact that it was quiet, had fast food in walking distance and breakfast in the morning. My negatives were that this property is outdated i.e. old toilet tub fixtures..toilet did not work properly, dirty carpet. there were some stains on sheets on one of the beds. Upon entering room the was a stale smoke odor when this suppose be a non smoking room and also my wife and I had to deal with marijuana smoke coming thru vents in our room thru out both nights we stayed and was so uncomfortable.(My wife has asthma but the way).The sheets made our skin very itchy. Housekeeping also skipped our daily room cleaning and when I called front desk I was advised by a lady they let housekeeping go early for Christmas Eve which is a poor excuse for performing hospitality duties and previous Best Westerns I have stayed on holidays still performed their duties so that was not excuse especially that's a part of the service what I am paying the hotel for and therefore expect to receive it and all you get is sorry and no compensation for it. So overall no we didn't enjoy our stay.

Love the Hotel and perfect Location to Casino , restaurants and shopping. The front Desk Clerk Barbara went above and beyond to assist and amazing person Best Western really should be proud she represents them.

Very quaint and quiet property. Super close to everything you need and the staff is very professional and inviting.

Needs maintenance. Access is only from the "back road", not the main road on the other side of the parking lot. Parking lot is small so only one way traffic. Had to go back to the lobby to get a key card that worked.

It's an older property that could definitely use some upgrades such as paint, furniture, and shower. We also had ants in the room.

Even though this is an older hotel, the rooms were very clean. Nice fresh sheets and towels and the bathroom was spotless, no issues at all! We will be back to the area and only stay here.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. We checked in and then went to dinner and the casino, and once we returned to our room, the power went out. About 30 minutes later, the AC came on, but the rest of the room had no power. It did not come back on for about 6 or 7 hours. Some rooms had lights and power but ours didn't.

We typically stay at Holiday Inn, but based on price we elected Best Western, we are so absolutely glad we did! The manager check us in and was so nice :) and you could tell the staff enjoyed their job. Had to stop by the office 2 other times and could not have been happier with the service we received. When we come back, we will definitely be staying here again!!

Nice hospitality, always greeted with a smile. Things are getting older and need updating but we were comfortable staying there for 6 nights. Central to all our needs

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean. Location is great.

Everything was fine until the woman in the room next door called and complained about our dogs barking at 6:30 p.m. We were there for a class reunion and had to leave to return to the motel. We got our dogs and our things and checked out. The two women in the office acted like they didn't have a clue about the situation.
