I would have loved staying longer than I did. Just a quick trip was all I had time for. The bed was super comfy. The view was spectacular. I was on the second floor of the main building. The restaurant there was wonderful. I will definitely be back.

The property is very dated. The floor was very squeaky and you could hear everything that's going on in the rooms next to you because the walls are very thin. For 2 days out of 4 that we stayed, we were woken up by the workers outside banging on the walls. Pool is kind of useless without the sauna.Room service was not great since we had to call the front desk for items that room service forgot to replace or didn't replace on purpose.

Fabulous location. Pretty quiet. Some early morning street noise. Loved staying at the cottage with a private patio. Lots of extra fees so fairly pricey but would stay there again happily.

I would not recommend this hotel. The photos online are misleading. The hotel looks and feels like a below average motel. Hidden fees and almost no amenities. The rates are certainly expensive for what the hotel is.

Good hotel, really not a bit fan of resort fees added on to bill with the desk saying they were for parking, water, etc. Just add it to the room price!

The building is colonial in style. It is very attractive.

Charming Inn with clean rooms and parking available. We were in the annex with close access to the street. The room was a little close with 2 beds, table and two chairs but the outside patio added the extra space. Definitely would recommend the Inn for your stay in Falmouth.

We had a very nice 2 night stay. The only problem was they didn’t have staff to clean the room between the 2 nights Staff put a notice under our door that if we needed more towels or toilet paper to go to the front desk

Had a nice time at Inn on the Square! Friendly staff. Our room was with a lovely view of the town and near the Inn swimming pool. Lots of free parking. Very convenient location being right next to a Diner, shuttle to ferry to Martha's Vineyard (where we visited for a day) and near the town center so we could explore nice restaurants, stores and a playground with the kids.

Very nice accomodations. Clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Location is excellent too.....few minutes walk to downtown Falmouth with many shops and restaurants. Have stayed several times before and will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Some confusion about how the security deposit was charged. Fire alarm testing while were lounging at the pool caused some confusion. Water temp in shower fluctuated greatly.

Jacuzzi tub jets pushed out lots of black flakes. No room cleaning on some nights. Bed was comfortable. Large room.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the room we were in had a broken heater fan that made a very loud noise (off and on) throughout the night, which kept us awake for many hours.

Very quiet, spacious, wonderful beds- slept like a baby and very clean! Desks clerks were friendly and accommodating! Will return in the spring/ summer! Thanks!

Amenity fee for what?? Ants in the bathroom is an amenity??? Never again will I stay here. It has gone downhill and now AMENITY FEES FOR absolutely NOTHING!!!

Traveling for Christmas holiday and arrived early and we we able to check in early which my husband really appreciated.
The Inn was one of the best places we’ve stayed at and would highly recommend it. It is walkable to the downtown shops and
the breakfast place right next door(Percy’s) was excellent.
All in all a great experience all around.

There is nothing luxury here. I can furious they charge a “resort” fee. When questioned I was told it was for amenities like WiFi and pool. Most of us were stuck here because of cancelled ferries. The rooms were gross. I took numerous pictures. The walls are paper thin so all the heat from other rooms baked us to the point we shut unit off completely and opened windows and we were still sweating. Pillows are flat and uncomfortable. We could hear our neighbor up all night coughing, lit sounded like he was in the room with us, which kept us up. Just miserable.
