THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND. THEY ARE ALWAYS CLEANING AND MAINTAINING. NICE OPEN ROOMS WITH COMFY BEDS.

Staff was friendly at check in and helpful about advice for area. Very clean lobby and rooms. Good breakfast in morning. Didn't get to try indoor pool but looked very clean and other people was enjoying it. Would stay again.

Our room was clean and very comfortable . It was larger than average.

The mattress was awful...No support...lumpy. The hotel did flip it for us but it was the same on both sides and the bed was on a platform that was too low. The shower head hose needed to be replaced as it looked old and rusting. The morning breakfast consisted of powdered scrambled eggs and only one choice of meat. I will not stay there again.

Clean but stark. Hard floor for disabled accessible room. White cold LED lights. Very loud below-the-window air conditioner. No air duct. Paper plates and plastic utensils for minimal breakfast. At that room rate, one gets what one pays for, I presume. Can’t expect much.

The hotel is beautiful and the lady at the front desk was SO kind and helpful! Our room was nice and comfortable. The only complaint I have is we were right by the elevator and it was kind of noisy.

We checked in Monday for an anticipated stay until Friday to visit an ill family member who lives in Knoxville. Unfortunately, the family member became seriously ill and had to go to Nashville. That Monday we explained to the desk that we would stay that night, but would have to cancel the rest of the week, as we needed to travel to stay with the ill family member. I asked if any refund could be given as more than 24 hours notice would be applicable to some of the week. I had not expected that we would be refunded all the days/ possibly penalized for the Tuesday, but was not given any answer. I have since been informed that no refund would be applied. I find this to be a total lack of compassion, and a bad way to handle an unfortunate situation.

Easy and quick check-in. Quality breakfast with something for everyone in our party. Room was big for the six of us to spread out.

When I had originally booked this room it was for the in room bath tub jets/ jacuzzi but when I checked in the hotel did not have them anymore and they did not update their online images of the remodel according to the staff. Other then that the room was nice the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good the next day

Everything was perfect except for the room with 2 full size bed instead of the king that I had made reservation for. The receptionist at check in was super friendly and nice. Breakfast was very hood. I am happy with my choice for the hotel. Room is very spacious

We enjoy the space a suite offers to our family of 5

We reserved a king room, nonsmoking suite. When we arrived we had queens. Didn't bother with changing. However, our suite had no couch or chair, no coffee table or end table. The other side of the room was bare, as well. Breakfast was disappointing. The gravy for the not-quite-done biscuits was watered down a lot and not very warm. The eggs weren't very warm. There was no sausage as described, just ham (still had over an hour until closing). We were on the side of the highway and it was very loud and the AC unit made a lot of noise. The beds and pillows were comfortable. While each complaint is not a big deal in itself, add them together and we were pretty disappointed. When I mentioned at the front desk while checking out about the room, she knew the room number before I even said it and said "that's the only room without furniture" Why wouldn't they have told us when we checked in and given us options??? The housekeeping staff and front desk were nice, so there's that compliment.
