A lovely hotel with pleasant staff and good rooms. The restaurant menu was a little limited but the quality of the food was good

We stayed here while visiting family in Nuremberg. This hotel was nice and clean, had a pool, and restaurant on site. The pool was nice and clean. The restaurant a bit expensive, but food was good. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were good sized and clean. We had jet lag so this was a very comfy spot to stay up late and sleep in. Very close to Nuremberg and easy exit off the highway. Overall great value and I would stay here again.

My first bad review ever, sorry. The staff at the hotel has no clue about service. Reception was rude at the check-in and the following morning the breakfast staff almost kicked my family out of the buffet because they had a mistake in the list of the rooms who had breakfast included. The room was small, the bed had dirty linens with brown stains and the bathroom had no ventilation so when 4 people shower the entire room gets steamy. Not a 4 star experience and be aware eventhough the hotel location is outside the city center they will charge you 13 EUR for parking per night - also even if the parking gate is broken as it was and the hotel entrace from the parking area is blocked so you need to go around the building to get in. Not a hotel I will visit again since for the same money you can get much better value for money.

Great experience except the Wi-Fi. In needs quite big improvement in terms of speed. Otherwise, no complaints at all!

It was not clear that they charge the parking area, everytime you go out, even at the same day I pay twice.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was nice, clean, modern with great and helpful staff. The rooms were really nice, good beds, great shower and ac. The pool area and the playground is a plus for those travelling with children. Breakfast was really good too, its nice that you could sit outside beside the pool during breakfast. It was just a stop for us during a much longer trip, but we will definately come back another time when we travel again. On the evening, you could order food from places that they recommended, and eat it in the hotel restaurant, which was great. But we chose to go to the place instead. There is a turkish restaurant (Pasha Grill) just 2 mins away with car, and also McDonalds at the same place. Pasha grill has great food, and great service. Parking was really easy, you could just park in front of the hotel and its safe. We loved our stay, and we highly recommend this hotel!

i lost my money around 200Euro during Feb25-27 in room 505, pls check your camera to see if someone enterred my room, since i put the sign of no-clean, technically no one shall come in. pls check your camera. complaint.

The location is quite good if you are driving, just right next to the highway. It charges for parking, but you can find some parking spaces nearby the street.

Lovely to stay again for next business visit.

Good location (close to Playmobil FunPark), near Nuremberg and all it's attractions. Renovated rooms, very clean and tidy. Helpful stuff. Playground outside the hotel for kids. Very spacious parking. We're very happy with our stay and will certainly come back if we're there in the future! Thank you all!

We booked this hotel on the way back from our family holiday looking at the pictures which looked perfect, but after checking in we were disappointed. The room was really small, without air conditioning, few towels, no place to put luggage and basic amenities.When asked at reception they said the picture we saw on reservation is a deluxe room which costs double. Not ideal to argue at that stage as we went tired. Nights sleep was not good as there was no air conditioning and very cramped smatroom. When opened windows due close proximity to highway there was a lot of noise.Breakfast was very expensive 19 euros per person, which does not make sense.This is very average hotel which overcharges for everything except luckily for internet.Very basic pool which is outside.

Convenient for Playmobil fun park. Plenty of parking although that is expensive, as is the restaurant.

We liked: Friedlyness of the staff Dislike: Smoking is allowed in front of the door. That means that you can smell the smoke as soon as you open the window.

Clean and renovated not too long ago so their style is now more on the modern side of things. I liked that the room included a fridge. The area is not so spectacular but it’s located if you arrive by car.

Shoking No bedware, bring your own..As an example two 12" small flat pillows on a queen size bed. The blanket is a good size for your eigth year old kid. Pain in the neck the next morning,probably pillows are too expensive in Germany. No minibar, no bottled water, minumum toilettties and no shampoo the second day. Maybe too expensove to replace?. Tthe Motel photo is a an imaginative artirt recreation of the hotel (Cinderella castle inspired)., Reality is more crude, Restaurant features saussage menu. nothing else. Ah yes the pan fried fillet also. Great inspiration. Restaurant service missing in action.40 Euros bill for one.Expensive and fast food looking dishes.Kecthup and mayo dressings!, makes Macdonals a better value option I have spent over 500 Euros in this Motel in just two days (Euro 220 per night, just the room no breakfast,) just because somebody had the idea Nuerberg is a good city for trade shows, One of worst Hotel experiences in Europe while visiting trade shows . Look anywhere else while visiting Nuremberg.

Our family (children ages 10 and 12) stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. There were extensive renovations going on at the time. Our room was very small, hot, and visibly worn. I am assuming this will be greatly improved once renovations are complete. The staff was very accommodating though, and once renovations are completed, it will likely be a very good spot to stay!

I chose this hotel because it was much cheaper than the hotels in nuremburg, bus 33 takes you to and from the airport and stops directly outside the hotel, there is an aldi and rewe supermarkets around the corner, transport links excellent, you can get a 178 or 33 bus to furth u bahn station just 5 min ride, furth to central nuremburg takes 20 mins tages ticket(day tickets) are great value and can take you as far as rothenburg , the hotel is clean and has good amenities, staff were very friendly, only cons are the lack of aircon, rooms have fans instead but apart from that I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book again
