Staff was great! Easy parking, clean rooms and great breakfast!

Hotel was superb. Breakfast a little crowded but excellent quality. Pool area very nice, parking but pricey but this in a prime location. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at the Best Western. The room was well equipped with a large and comfortable bed. The parking was very convenient and the hotel was well located to access all LA attractions. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast however was terrible - we didn’t return after day 1. The food was not great, but the worst part was only plastic plates and cutlery were available. Not good for the environment or practical to use! The breakfast room was also very small and uninviting. We just walked out to get coffee and breakfast locally instead, and would still recommend the hotel for its value and location.

Enjoyed our stay The hotel was clean and comfortable and the location was convenient although most of the restaurants around were fast food. Having breakfsdt included was good.

The building, property and room was beautiful and clean. However, we had constant trouble with the toilet flushing properly. The plumber was there 4 times and we were forced to use the public washroom in the hallway. The phone didn’t work until the 3rd day and I had to go to the desk to report our issues more than once. Although they were prompt with sending someone all that was offered was a “sorry”, for our inconveniences. I was very disappointed I didn’t get the room location I requested, nor did they offer to switch us when one came available even though we were staying 5 nights. I won’t book with this hotel again.

Safe, clean, quiet and comfortable

This was a cute property for a short stay. There are some stores and restaurants close by which was very convenient.

We had a wonderful time. Our room was comfortable and nice.. We loved the pool! And the breakfast was delicious.

nice building, nice room except that the water in the shower was not draining out fast enough and was to my ankles almost when showering. There was also no mirror on the wall of the bathroom. Shower curtain was in not so great shape and not long enough. First time ever in my life that I've had to pay for parking $29.00 especially for the rate of the room I paid for.

The staff listened to my request and offered a solution which I appreciated. Breakfast was great For $NZ450 per night I expected a nicer hotel. Decor was mustard yellow with dark wood furniture and dim lighting. My room view was of Air conditioning units. It could be nice if it was refurbished.

They never brought me my bottle of wine.

Staff very nice and helpful, clean and convenient. The only dislike was the old flooring smelling, that should be renewed and bed Clothing even clean is old.

Really impressed by this hotel. Perfect location, great room with a really nice shower and it opened right up onto the lovely pool area. Will definitely come back next time I am in Hollywood

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the location was perfect to access Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Burbank and Santa Monica by car. Rooms were large, clean and the beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, ideal for our family visiting Hollywood, easy access hotel parking, room was clean and spacious with aircon and blackout curtains. The complimentary breakfast was great! Pool was lovely too. A handy guest self service laundry area too which was appreciated on our travels.

Our stay at best western on sunset Blvd was beautiful. The service was excellent. Great ‘English’ breakfast was out of this world. Breakfast served on 2 floors. It’s definitely gonna be our ‘go to’ hotel for LA, CA…

Quiet and clean.

The staff were all nice and expedient. Our accessible room was a bit strange because there was no proper mirror above the bathroom sink. Never seen this before in all the years I’ve traveled? Mirror is an easy fix…yes, there is a full-length mirror on the door, but the property should really consider installing a standard mirror over the sink…? Plenty of parking in their three garages located in the back of the hotel (car entry is on the street behind/parallel to Sunset Blvd) with EV charging as well. $29 daily fee is really reasonable in that area. The pool area is picturesque, and, although the outdoor pool isn’t heated, water temp wasn’t bad since it’s August. On the 3rd floor dining room, the only breakfast meat option was a chorizo patty, so the breakfast pictures on Expedia are misleading. However, SURPRISE, there’s a second dining room on the 4th floor! There, they served sausages along with all the other breakfast offerings downstairs, so at least there’re options, although scattered. Our room faced Sunset Blvd so it was REALLY loud into the night (we stayed Fri-Sat). If you’re a light sleeper, I highly recommend requesting a room facing the pool/interior. We booked through Expedia so were disappointed that no upgrade effort was made, but we did get late check-out @12pm.

This was an ok stay but far too expensive for the quality of the hotel. It is in a nice area though - the only good thing here. Parking is excessively expensive. Lobby smelt musty and had old furniture and dirty windows. Breakfast was low quality food, mostly junk food, no healthy options such as muesli or granola with plain yogurt. Had to request room cleaning and fresh towels every time at the lobby which I found very strange. Overall not worth the money.

Pool area was quite nice. We didn’t like our view of the parking lot but couldn’t get an upgrade - seems quite a difference between a pool side room and an outside room unfortunately!

Our family spent 4 nights here in August. It is a great hotel with friendly staff. As some others have mentioned, the rooms could use an update as they are dated and have an old smell. The washroom was updated and nice. There is no restaurant on site but there is a breakfast offered which is ok. There are some restaurants in the area. The property and pool area is beautiful and the staff are always onsite keeping every clean. We would stay there again.

Hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly. Loved the boutique style of this Best Western. It was nice and quiet.
