The front desk assistant while checking in was a bit rude and could have been a bit more courteous. At the same time, one of the managers, Mr. Sumith was very friendly and was really checking on us everyday. The front desk staff at the time of check out was very cooperative and helped us to extend the stay by 1 hour

Hotel is old and out of date. In serious need of a remodel. Indoor pool was closed due to maintenance. Breakfast was overpriced and eggs were cold. Bacon and biscuits weren’t made fresh and were reheated. Water pressure in toilet was very weak. AC in room never got cold enough. Price of hotel was very cheap for a reason. Would have been much worse if it were more expensive.

Room was great. I do not care for adjoining rooms unless its family but overall I loved it. Hotel was beautiful. Staff friendly. Restaurant was nice even though I didn’t eat there.

it was good, easy check in and out and the lady upfront was very nice. I had no issues the hotel was very nice looking and the room was clean. no complaints.

Mrs. Caroline in the restaurant was so friendly and exhibited the best customer service I have ever had. It speaks for a business that retains an employee for 30+ years. The shuttle provided to go to the game was a nice touch and Mr. Fred the driver was very accommodating. Room was clean. Will definitely stay here in the future.

We are from Metro area but our flight to the beach was canceled but we didn't want to go home. Since we had babysitter for our elderly parents. Room was clean and comfortable definitely will visit again.

First room i got had a leakage in the bathroom from above. I was put on another room and the second night the AC was not working. Thermostat says 60 degrees and room felt like 80

The check in was VERY slow. I’ve never been anywhere that didn’t allow check in as rooms are available. This lead to two long lines at 3:00 and it took five minutes to check in each person. Thankfully, I was not at the back of the line. In addition, the desk staff was not very friendly either.
Also, there were no lounge chairs by the pool, as shown in the pictures. We arrived early and wanted to enjoy the pool until we checked in but wanted lounge chairs to enjoy the time.

Overall the stay was pleasant! We did have a little hiccup with the air conditioning it quit working the first night but they got it up and running pretty quickly and they also let us move rooms. The shuttle to the ball field was a wonderful complimentary service! Not to mention Fred the driver was a whole vibe!

When we got there the system was down and we could not get room keys, and had to be let into our room, that’s fine but we were never told when it was ready and had to check to see if keys were available. The AC was out and it was extremely hot/muggy until 12:30AM. There was also an elevator that got stuck every time you got in it, was not sure if it would open or not…pretty scary!!

I paid $40 more for a king room and got a double bed I want a refund on the additional $40 they told me that THEY oversold the king rooms but I paid for my room in full 4 days prior.

Ac did not work, made the room sticky and humid, didn’t give the deposit back of 100$ it was 30$ that they gave back

The front desk wouldn’t allow us to check in a minute before 4:00. Never have I ever stayed in a hotel that did that. Made us late to our event. It caused a LONG check in line.

The person in front desk was very rude. She does not how to treat the customers. I reserved through website a room with king size bed but she refused to respect my reservation. When I asked her why she just answered “you want the room or not” in the worst way. I will never come back to this hotel because I don’t like the way she treats the customers

Very comfortable stay,charging for parking with such a large parking lot was interesting. Zero complimentary coffee or breakfast.
