The elevator is slower than my grandmother & HOT!!
The only working ice machine was on the ground floor. The desk attendant gave me two dirty clothes bags to get ice. Which i used, until the bags busted as i was standing in front of the elevator. The attendant was sweet enough to go get me more while we waited 10-15 mins for the elevator.
The room & bathroom were clean. Ample towels, cups, pillows, toiletries & i loved the larger sized mini fridge AND microwave. Not enough electrical outlets but I think that just is what it is. Suggestion: Get those lamps that have the USB plugs on them.

Check-in was easy and the front desk staff that helped me was kind.
The morning staff, a little different. Breakfast started at 5:00am and the woman setting up was still trying to get items placed. I made a waffle, since that was the only item available, and she commented, “wow, you got a lot”. I had two waffles and one coffee for myself and my adult son. Not a great way to start the day and/or end my stay.

Price for room was reasonable; however, the motel adds $12 to park. Since this is motel and not a hotel, almost everyone drives. This means they used sort of bait and switch to increase the price of the room through charging for parking in their lot.
I felt cheated. I would not stay there ahain.

One of the two elevators didn't work. Fire alarm was going off all night was not able to get any sleep.

The front desk staff was wonderful...they answered all the questions gave us TP when we needed it and extra towels...and restaurant ideas.

The stay was good. They only had 1elevator working. Had to wait awhile for the one working. Light fixture between double beds was malfunctioning.

The carpet on multiple floors had dirt and crumbs on it. Not just stains, so clearly it is not being vacuumed often enough. The breakfast buffet is constantly running out of items. There was a lady replenishing everything and she seemed to be moving non-stop. I think she just needs help during peak hours.

Check in was good and emplyees were very friendly. But only 1 elevator was working so it was slow because of having to share with housekeeping. Bathtub didnt drain during my shower so water was ankle deep.

The hotel was awful. They lied about having a free airport shuttle, and worse still, had the fire alarm go off 10 times (literally, no joke) in one night. And they didn't offer any compensation to us in apology. It was a joke. They are a joke.

Our stay was not great had we not checked in so late in the night I would have canceled our stay. The water in the sink and tub drained extremely slow and backed up while we showered and brushed our teeth. Only one elevator was in operation and the wait was at least 10-15 minutes each time. We ended up using the stairs. The ice machine on the second floor was not in service and there was a bad odor coming from that area. The continental breakfast was a joke and when I asked the front desk about refilling the breakfast meat at 8am he advised he’d ask the breakfast attendant but never did. The breakfast attendant however was very friendly and was trying his best to keep everything in order he was working alone. On our last night we came back to a warm room after being gone all day, it never cooled down. The beds were clean and comfortable. I will not stay here again.

Horrible lights went out I couldn't tell u when they came back on because we checked out and they were still off leaking ceilings the website says breakfast got up next morning my son went looking guy at desk told him and another guest there is no breakfast and had a smart remark ( just be happy u live to see another day) horrible experience ever my first and last time booking this hotel

Do to the aftermath of hurricane Francine, it took over an hour to check in. Breakfast was not available, as mentioned when booking. No vending machines where signs mentioned vending machines. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice view of the airport.

My only complaint is the breakfast. We went down at 8am, and they only had coffee, some fruits, a long line to make waffles and milk and cereal. No eggs, bacon, bread etc as usual in others hotels. Very disappointed!!

I stayed at this hotel because I arrived very late at the New Orleans airport and decided to stay there for just one night, so that I could arrive at my destination and the conference I was attending during the day. I paid the rate and they asked me to pay for a security deposit, saying that the amount would be refunded shortly after. I made all the payments but the amount was never refunded. When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they could not refund the amount. What surprises me is that my bank says that there are no restrictions on my card and that the hotel I stayed at later refunded the deposit amount normally. I don´t feel confortable with this situation. I´ve sent them some emails and there is no answer or any solution for this.

I have stayed here a few times when flying out of MSY. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are kept clean. Air conditioning works great. Rooms are dated but you can tell they are well kept up with. I will continue staying here.

The front desk was pretty good. However, paying to park was crazy 12$ per night. My hotel stay was 483 for five nights single bed. The ac in the elevator, hallway and my room were barely blowing. Cable had a few channels wifi was GARBAGE. Young man in the bar was pretty good.

The fron tdesk staff don't fit the property. The two gentlemen that assisted us were amazing and belong in a 5 star hotel. We switched rooms in 4 hours 3x before completely checking out. 1st room smelled like smoke(they charge $400 for that) so we walked in and out so that we wouldn't be charged for someone else's doing. 2nd room soon on the same floor across the hall smelt like 50 cats and litter box as SOON as you opened the door. 3rd room had hair in a bed we never even sat on and the pillow cases were dirty. Furniture had stains tub didn't not drain as you showered and it was dirty as well. I wish I could say one thing positive about the hotel itself but I honestly don't have anything.
