Room smelled like cigarettes and i asked for none smoking room all they did was sprayed aromatic

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any rental hands down. Walked in the lobby and the front desk lady stared me up and down and said nothing. I stood in silence with her and eventually handed her my ID. She did not like that, and had me tell her my first and last name before finally taking my ID. Staff was sighing deliberately loud at every single thing she had to do for the check in process. Stared me down and laughed at me while I was trying to sign my documents, and I told her it was making me uncomfortable she yelled at me “WHY? Why does it make you uncomfortable?” She was also on the phone speaking Patois (I am of Jamaican descent and understood) about me directly in front of me. I told her I could understand her and she said “duh it’s not like I’m speaking Spanish!”. I left the lobby basically in tears. I had to come back for coins for the coin laundry on-site and she sighed and huffed and puffed about this as well, but her child came around the corner and looked at me and said “b*tch b*tch b*tch” and laughed. The staff member looked alarmed because the child had picked up on what their mother said about a guest. They put me in a smoking room when I booked nonsmoking, then moved me to another room that smelled only slightly less like smoke. On-site manager Shauna couldn’t care less when I let her know what happened the night prior. This was an overall horrific experience and ruined my trip to town.

Awesome visit

It was beautiful and clean and smelled very nice. One of the better hotel experiences on this trip.

Convenient. Close to Destin area.

The room was okay, but there was a smell of mold, cigarettes and urine.

The room was comfortable, but it needed a bit more love. The beds were comfortable and clean. But, the bathroom was moldy and water would splash all over.

The floors in the room were dirty and uneven. I felt like i was in a sad funhouse looking /walking on the floor. The bathtub leaked, the bottom of the bathroom door was rotted. The bedding looked clean, I'll give them that. The freezer part of the mini fridge was almost completely iced over. It was doable because we were extremely tired, but I do not recommend for an extended stay.

Did not make beds when house keeping came by. Only 2 towels left for for us. Bathroom door had busted spot at bottom.

We checked into a queen bed suite it was very clean and cool.

Ocean was across the street

It was a laid back friendly hotel. It’s definitely a good deal for the money. They have a pool and coffee in mornings. It’s located on the strip locally to all beaches restaurants and night life. Free parking

We could not stay here. At least 4 rooms we past smelled of weed smoking. The room had a terrible patch job on the wall. The table the tv was on had a huge gouge in it. The bathroom light didn’t work also the top blanket had a smear of something brown on it. We left. We could not stay here.

Do not recommend! Horrible service. Parking lot not well lit with ton of "people" hanging out all hours. Not clean. Very ride service. Again do not recommend.

The linens were dirty, had cigarette burn marks in them. Rooms smelled like cigarettes. The rooms did not seem very clean at all. Water pressure in the shower sucked. Hair dryer did not work good at all. Microwave barely worked. It looked like everything was bought from a hotel yard sale. The front desk yard was very nice though. She was awesome!

I wanted to see about getting a refund or getting another room the room I got smelled like cigarettes and was definitely one of the worst rooms at the hotel.

The bedsheets smelled like feet and like they hadn’t been washed, they were also itchy, the bed was very uncomfortable, the towels were too rough and small. I left before checkout, I’ll never be back.

Not clean holes in wall

The ladies at the front desk were professional and accommodating to our needs. Hotel is in a fantastic place in the middle of FWB….it was roomy, clean and located within walking distance to restaurants. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Very nice staff!

Front desk lady was really nice but as soon as we walked in the room there was an overwhelming smell of smoke. We told the office was there was no open rooms to switch too. The room was comfortable but the smell was too much. We had to air the room out and spray it down. I believe the smell was coming from surrounding rooms

Not pleased with this hotel. There was fighting outside during the night and early morning. Asked for extra pillows since there were 3 adults but they didn’t have any.

People outside till extremely LATE, DRINKING MODELO, talking LOUD, MUSIC WAS LOUD. That group was coarse and menacing, glaring at people that were coming and going. Vehicles were started early in the morning, left idling. Room is BATTERED, UNABLE TO LOAD PICS.

Room needed to be cleaner. Only redeeming factor it was cheap. I checked in at 7pm and checked out by 830am.

It was not the property it was the customer service that was not conducive. You made reservation for one thing and upon arrival you got something else because someone chose to stay over on your reservation date instead of giving that customer what you got since they chose to stay over I had to be inconvenienced until checkout the next day when that customer checked out to have what I made reservations for and received confirmation that I would be receiving. I received a call to see if I was coming but never stated there had been a change very very very very very poor customer service!!!!!

Tried two different “non smoking” rooms but both reeked of cigarette smoke and even had cigarette burns in the bedding . When addressed with staff she brushed it off saying there was nothing more she could do

Housekeeping knocked hard and fast on door and opened it before I could get to the door, they did this twice. They t was prior to 11am checkout. They were even told after asking us if we were leaving and we said not yet. They even knocked a third time. We even had opened the curtain so they could see our bags on bed to make it obvious. Men walking in on a woman alone is unacceptable anywhere at anytime.

No hot water, stains on walls, floor gritty and unswept, stains on bed spread. Overall extremely unclean.
