Stayed for one night for a Humboldt campus tour. The guy who checked us in was cool and Katherine was great. Both were very helpful. Both rooms we booked were clean and the continental breakfast did the job. Felt safe. The pillows were not as comfy as I would have liked but overall our stay was nice.

Terrible stay! Bad smell inside the room. Right before going to bed , we found the red spot on the bed sheet make it more disgusting, in the night time, hotel guests still talking loud in the hallway.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was great. Beds hard and if you get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, toilets will not flush at night. Weird!

The room was fine, but the night desk worker charged us twice. I’m glad we checked our credit card right away. Breakfast was horrendous. I never expect much out of a hotel breakfast, but this was not edible.

Nice hotel, got in late after midnight, had a little trouble getting receptions attention in the back after doors are locked, but over all nice, good warm breakfast, right on the highway, quick to pull off and get back on the road.

While the staff were friendly and the room was clean, this hotel would benefit from updating the bathroom faucets and shower heads. There is an indoors pool and spa, but the pool is more for relaxing and not swimming laps. There is basic breakfast food like yogurt, instant oatmeal, breakfast potatoes, sausage, and juice. We only stayed overnight so it did the job.

First off, breakfast was decent and Sean at the front desk was terrific! He advised on where to eat and where not to and took his time with each customer whether it was on the phone or in person.
The room smelled of cigarettes and the beds were hard but it was tolerable for a night.
Eureka in general was rough with a lot of unhoused people and active visible drug use happening everywhere around the main drag (101).
We were in town for the skywalk at the zoo. That experience was fun but not worth staying in Eureka for.

The front desk staff was so nice and kind. We arrived late night but he let us use the hot tub a little longer. We were so tired from the long drive and it really helped. The room was clean too.

Great front desk staff. Very friendly. Comfortable beds, clean room. Only downside is the breakfast room is tiny. Only seats for 15-20 and was packed so we ate in our room.
