Check-in was easy. The pool/lounge chairs were a little dirty but plenty of other nearby pools that offer day passes so not a big deal. Room was clean, beds were hard but decent accommodations at a great price.

Super cute hotel, very nice room and super comfortable too. Very clean, quiet property. The front desk ladies were very nice and friendly and helpful. Definitely A+

This place was very stuffy, the photos hide a lot. Our door lock didn’t work, I reported it and they just said thank you. I don’t like the make a big fuss so I let it go. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, and there was a roach under our bed when we were packing up. I would never stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay . The pool was soo relaxing and the room was clean. It was a bit strange that there were no phones in the rooms and the bed was extremely squeaky. Also there should be ice machines close to the rooms . Overall great room price.

What a wonderful place with clean rooms, no smelly carpets and Kruger coffe makers. $220 everything included for a weekend in Palm Springs. I will totally stay here again. Wonderful staff❤️❤️❤️

Linda has excellent customer service she made it easy to check-in and quick. The perimeter was clean and quiet. I was not happy with the bathtub, it was old and had yellow stains. Maybe it need sto be glazed. Other than that I was nice, I would come back if the bathtub gets replaced or reglazed.

They let us check in early . Which was great since we got into town so early . The mineral pool was great 👍. Just a warning tbere are locust tgat co.e out in palm springs in the trees a few weeks outta the summer to mate and they make alotta noise only in day . So in the pool we heard tgat loud in the trees 🌳. Besides that everything was perfect 👌

Save Quiet pools clean

Great place to stay, close to attractions. They even had a salted pool.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Linda at front desk was excellent and helpful.

I will start with the likes. The pool are is excellent. Having 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis was wonderfull. Check in was a little troublesome, as staff couldn't find my reservation. and I had thw expedia app showing paid for completely. thw room can uae better maintenance. Bathrooms are just painted over the old tile from floor to shower, and a bad paint job to top ot all off. The room has no iron or ironing board, the ironic part is, while the room is for a stay for 2. it has only 1 coffe pod, 1 cup, 1 bath robe, yet 2 sleepers. Called the front desk to get the above mentioned items. I was told that they have to ask manager, bit noone ever got back to me or brought any of the items

Our visit was remarkable and George, the concierge was the sweetest and the BEST! My boyfriend and I came out for a three night stay. It was conveniently located as you enter into Palm Springs. So close to downtown. We had a beautiful remodeled room. It was quiet with a view of palm trees and the mountains. Parking was conveniently outside our room. The shower was heaven. The AC and ceiling fan was a godsend and it worked great. The two pools with cabanas were fabulous. There’s a salt water pool that makes your body feel amazing. There are palm trees surrounding the pools. And 2 hot tubs. There’s a little convenience store in the beautiful lobby. As well as plenty of tables to hang out and eat or play games. The mattress was so comfortable and the room was dark. This is my new favorite place to stay in Palm Springs and we can’t wait to go back. Special thanks to George and staff for giving us an experience we’ll remember for a lifetime. We’ll be back!! We love the L3 Oasis!

Beautifully updated rooms. Conveniently located. Staff was tentative and helpful. They have a little store in case you forget anything snacks, sunblock etc. will def be back again. 2 pools that are maintained daily and well shaded.
