The staff were amazing. The restaurant and bar are top notch. The room that we stayed in is a bit dated and the bathroom could use a better door. Great location though.

Hotel is clean staff are friendly, food is good, however parking is expensive 17€ per day/Night. Pillows on bed awful. Noise in the back rooms is bad at night when kitchen staff are cleaning and moving huge metal bins around at 1am. Also hospital near by so sirens going off every half an hour.

We would like to mention how very friendly the staff were, they gave us great service. All the staff, bar staff, restaurant staff and reception were excellent. Munster is a fantastic city to visit and Movenpick the best hotel, perfectly situated.

We liked the hotel, its location and particularly the dinner in the Movenpick restaurant...

The Hotel was really great. everything you need. Great rooms, great beds and the food in the morning was also high quality. The service was fantastic. Will definitely book this hotel again next time I am in Münster.

Clean but very impersonal. A business hotel. Beautiful surrounding and a nice walk to the Dom Platz along the Aal Lake. By car further away. Breakfast is expensive. Did not try the spa

Hotel, Service and location is great. The breakfast options are to expensive for my taste. Luckily you can go into the city near the cathedral are great breakfast options with a great view as well.

The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, was extremely clean, gym qas decent and the restaurant was fantastic! Little but out of the center, but can was only 13 euros.

Hotel room was very Hotel situated in a quiet area away from any main road and by a beautiful lake and approximately 15-20 mins walk from the centre of the city. A couple of very nice restaurants close by if you dont want to spend 23 Euros on a breakfast. Comfortable room, however lacked some sensible touches such as bedside tables rather than a shelf behind ones head. The shower was disappointing for a hotel of this price range.

Lovely setting at the end of a relaxing walk from the city centre along the lake. The room was terrific with everything we could eat. The restaurant was exceptional for all meals. The staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. Great sauna and massage facility.

When I checked in I was given two coupons for free breakfast. When I checked out they insisted on charging me for breakfast. I will never stay in a Movenpick again.

The location is great since it is a short walk to the promenade. The hotel is being remodeled and so it does not look that appealing right now. The rooms are functional but not that aesthetically appealing. The work-out room is lovely because of the view out the large window.

I found my stay at this hotel to be very nice. It is not a luxury hotel, but the accommodations were more than adequate. A modern feel, with everything having a purpose. As for the location, it has its good points and its inconvenient points. The hotel is near the lake, so if you like to ride a bike (you can rent one from the hotel) or run, then it is a great place to take the trails. It is also quiet, being a bit away from the main old town. It is near a bus route. The walk to old town is only about 20 minutes. It is not a bad walk, and there are several different ways to go and vary your scenery. However, I was attending a conference, so I had to go to old town every day, and walked back and forth a little bit between meetings. It got a little tiring. The hotel has some restaurants, but there are few other restaurants or shops in the area, either to spend your time - so another trip to old town. I really enjoyed the hotel and the stay, though. I'm just glad I brought my walking shoes.

This hotel works out well since you can get to the center of town by walking the promenade. There is a fantastic restaurant in town that is called Krawummel. My spouse and I travel to this lovely city because it is lovely, but also for the restaurant. It is vegan and has terrific cupcakes, muffins, and lots of wonderful sandwiches, salads, and so forth. I would recommend staying in the newer wing of the hotel, for the older is a little "tired" appearing. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful.

Nice enough hotel, the staff was polite and helpful (maybe the evening restaurant service was a bit slow). We got a friendly reception upon arrival and we can't fault anything as such.
