It was a great stay. Free breakfast very simple but good choices. Only issue I had was like at 3 am people being loud and slamming doors.

The room was fine and well maintained. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Also, the television channel lineup was lacking. However, overall it was a good experience. The hotel offered free breakfast everyday which I very much appreciated. And the staff were friendly. I'd recommend this hotel.

There’s only ONE ice machine, in the lobby. Bathroom didn’t have a vanity. No luggage rack. It’s very central to the downtown area. Very safe location.

I mistakenly left a bag in my room and the front desk and housekeeping was exceptionally helpful in packing it securely and having it sent next day delivery to my next destination. The first shift texted me to tell me that it hadn’t been picked up yet and when it was the next shift let me know right when it was on its way. Thank you Mary!

This was my first time staying here. The AC was extremely loud all hours of day and night, tight rooms.
The front desk staff was amazing thiugh, Armando is so nice and friendly

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place. The location was central, the rooms were clean and big, the secured garage was a big plus as well as having a complimentary breakfast. If I had anything negative to say was that my room was on the third floor facing San Carlos Street; this is a busy street, one that has the light rail on it. It was very noisy, and the light rail seemed to run all day and into the evening.
