My Stay we comfortable and quiet. Got a good nights sleep.

Great people. Breakfast included eggs, sausage or bacon, and toast. Could have had pancakes or a parfait but did the eggs every day. Very clean and the people were great. This was second time there and it didn't disappoint.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean and quiet. Should have used a better pad under the room carpet. The bell on the elevator could have been quieter. We were not impressed with the breakfast buffet--not many options and the "hot" food was generally cold..

It's an average Best Western property -- neither luxe nor decrepit. I received an $8 coupon for breakfast in the motel restaurant, and that was a nice little plus.

Rude staff at reflections, coffee machine was down more than in use, front desk clerks are glued to frt chair they don’t move!

I really enjoyed the hotel. Upon arrival, your warmly welcomed at the reception. There was no problem with parking at all. As you walk through the hallway, there's a wonderfully fresh scent. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the bathroom was well stocked with the necessary towels and above all, clean and fresh. All in all, I think this is a top hotel.

I was very impressed with this motel. The room was great! Clean and comfortable. The on site restaurant is a plus and breakfast was great. Highly recommend this pet friendly best western!

Most people who stay over night at a hotel want to get going in the morning. This hotel has served breakfast and as a result with 30 people in the dining room, the service was poor. Neither myself or my wife got the breakfast we ordered. Thus our rating of the breakfast at this hotel is very low. I would not stay at this hotel for that reason alone. A traveler would be better off going to McDonalds and getting what they order very quickly.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we noticed was we all received the wrong bkfst choice at bkfst. The server was very respectful and kind, but he did get all our orders wrong. We didn’t say anything but since we are asked to write a review, I thought I’d mention it. We intend on staying again however.

The building is quite old and run down but it was very clean and welcoming to come in to. Staff were so nice. We didn’t do the breakfast because it didn’t open early enough but it looked nice too!

I love the option of rooms with the Jacuzzi tub. It's honestly the main reason we book with the hotel. Staff were very friendly.
