Can't think of a negative thing to say about Hotel Bernerhof! We thoroughly enjoyed two nights here and only wished we stayed longer in Interlaken. Found it to be very reasonably priced for high tourist season. Everyone from the front desk people to the breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was just what we needed to explore the area everyday and come back for a good night's rest. The view from our balcony was amazing, the shower worked well and the AC was efficient to cool us down in the heat of August. Location cannot be beat, right across from the Interlaken West train station (less than 5 min walk) and smack in the middle of all shopping and eating. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was right next to the train station and in the heart of Interlaken. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The included breakfast was very nice and helped keep the costs down.

Very convenient, just 2 minutes walk to interlaken west station. Super Clean and great breakfast in the morning 7-10 AM.

Traveling is often difficult and exhausting. Switzerland travels especially in mountainous areasIt makes me even more tired. This hotel is so accessible from the station.

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast was great with plenty of variety. The location was close to the train station, with mountain views from the balcony.

Fantastic location in the middle of everything and 2 minutes from the west train station. The room is spacious and we even have a balcony overlooking the city with mountain views in the distance.

Walking distance to the train station, Interlaken West. Nice breakfast. Location is Central. Our room was economical, clean and just right for our needs. Also a very quiet room with its own balcony overlooking the mountains. Friendly and helpful staff. Each room in the hotel seems to have its own balcony offering beautiful views. We enjoyed our short stay.

Our stay at Hotel Bernerhof was excellent. Perfect location near the train and bus stations. The staff was very helpful, providing directions and maps. The room was clean and newly remodeled, and the bathroom was unexpectedly roomy. The windows and balcony door were new, and we heard almost no noise from outside. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Interlaken

Our stay was pleasant, quiet, rooms are on the small side, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast included. Front desk very helpful in planning area travel. Location is great, across the street from Interlaken West train station, easy walk to many restaurants.

Our stay at the Hotel Bernerhof was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was great. We were also very pleased with the location and the room, especially the balcony. And don't miss the rooftop deck, which seemed underutilized and has a great view. I would highly recommend this hotel when in Interlaken.

Reception staff were very helpful on arrival and during the stay. Room was clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom, including a kettle, and free coffee from the reception area. Thought was a good standard for a 3 star. Homely and comfortable stay, with reasonable breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: friendly and very helpful staff, location (close to grocery and very close to beautiful towns), very clean and ok breakfast!
Cons: not much but the main thing was the very smelly hallway they have from the back door that leads to the reception. My son would cover his nose everyone we would have to walk through there to get to the car.

We loved our stay at Hotel Bernerhof! It’s conveniently located right next to Interlaken West station, and there are grocery stores and many shops nearby. Breakfast was amazing and staff were friendly and helpful!

We loved our stay at the Hotel Bernerof and would gladly stay here again! It is conveniently located next to Interlaken West train & bus station, with plenty of shops and restaurants around within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable with a beautiful view from our balcony and plenty of closet space to organise your belongings. Free breakfast is available every morning and the staff are super friendly! It was also a bonus having an EU socket in the room, so we didn't need to buy an adaptor. I highly recommend this hotel & would gladly stay here again in all my visits to Interlaken 😊
