Did have a bed bug problem. The hotel was accomodating when advised of the issue. Feel the cost was pricy for the accommodations and lacking amenities. Was a $60 a night looking hotel. Overall did have a good time.

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was fine until the last evening. We had just finished a plate of chicken wings from the restaurant and since we had some leftovers from a different day, we moved to the bar to enjoy a drink and finish our food from the other day….then the two ladies in the indoor/outdoor dining area chased us down for borrowing a fork. It was very humiliating. So my husband proceeded to go back up to our room and grab a plastic fork he had in his backpack. This was totally unnecessary by the wait staff. I happen to ask the bartender if he had a plastic spoon for my drink and where did he go to retrieve it?….in the dining room by the staff where they had a bunch of plastic utensils. If only the ladies would’ve been kind enough to offer us The plastic utensils that they have for guests This whole situation would’ve never happened.

Loved my stay. Staff are super kind and helpful. The 2 day stay included access to all Atlantis parks and beaches. Really would book here again if I would want to go back to Atlantis. Not too expensive and beds are comfy. Basic but convenient.

Was a real good place to stay had lots of fun and it came with a ron of value. The restaurant on site is where we had the best meal thw whole time.

Excellent place to stay to get use of the Atlantis waterpark, aquarium etc at a very reasonable price. The hotel is not fancy, but is great value for the use of Atlantis facilities and offering a free breakfast

I would not recommend this hotel is you’re traveling with kids. Rooms are very dirty….the only good thing is that you get free passes to visit the Atlantis water park besides that I would just rather spend the money and stay at the Atlantis!

I enjoyed my stay, and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious. However, there were a few items that were not as cleaned as I expected. The fan in the room was dusty, and the floor didn’t feel clean. I didn’t like that I had to go all the way around to take the elevator with my suitcases, I would had paid someone to take them up. Other than that, it was a good stay, I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Room was clean.When I booked the room it said it came with a 50$ food and beverage credit and I did not receive this even after I inquired about it.

It’s walking distance to Atlantis and convenient stores and restaurants.

The property overall was clean and managed well. One issue is that some of the food items at breakfast were still cold every though they were on warmers.

The internet was not strong. The water in the showers was very low. However the complementary breakfast was fantastic.

It’s was a comfort safe the place needs to be remodeled badly but our trip over was good.

Check-in: horrible!! 6 guests on the line and only a single staff, while the other staff goes outside picks up delivered food for 3 persons and proceeds to go back in the office. 45 minutes to check-in! Room furniture was ok, but definitely needs updating. Hallways smell very musty. A/C in the lobby wasn't working. Had to park 2 blocks away because they had trailers in the parking lot, but it rained torrentially all weekend and they had no shuttle service to the parking lot. They "rent" guests umbrellas for $50. Came back to the hotel at 1am in the rain and the parking lot 2 blocks away denied me entrance; went to the front desk and the clerk wanted me to park in the hotel parking lot until the morning; but the security (Mr. Burrows) refused to let me, so we waited for 45 minutes for him to call the security manager of the other parking lot for me to park there. This was after 1am in the morning, and the hotel lot was empty! I asked 3 straight days to speak to the GM (Mr. Wright) but he was never on property and never messaged me back. Restaurant service was crap! Just crap! Food was good but service was crap! I'm back in a month and already booked elsewhere.

like the location, and access to Atlantic water park. The hotel really need update and detail to cleaning. It's pretty dirty. Front desk staff are so impatience. The breakfast choices are ok.

I liked everything about this place. This is the 2nd year in a row coming here and staying at the Comfort Suites. This is going to be a yearly trip. FYI, They are building a putt putt golf course at the Atlantis resort!!!!!! I can’t wait until next year

We love the staff and service everyone was so friendly. Love the free breakfast every morning. The staff there especially Crystal is so great we love her!!! And everyone else of course :) can’t wait to come back

I like the staff. They were very welcoming and pleasant. The room was spotless. The WIFI was terrible. I could not communicate with my family. At times, we could not get any water in the shower. The water pressure was shallow.

Clean rooms comfortable beds. Had 2 adjoining rooms , very convenient. Building showing its age but is taken care of. Housekeeping is great. Atlantis access is amazing. Great value

Stayed here several times, I must say that the building is deteriorating. For 4 nights our AC was not working. They " replaced it" after 2 nights, still qasnt cooling. Finally I called the front desk about the ongoing issue. They finally moved us. We were able to enjoy our final couple of days.Floors were dirty in the rooms, towels.and sheets dingy. Sad to see how downhill this place is going.

Our room had bed bugs. The staff was very accommodating and found us a clean room.
