Great stay

The place was dirty and smells smoke in the rooms. Bath tub was disgusting. I called the staff and they told me there’s nothing wrong with it. Don’t waste your money.

Nice hotel

Staff was friendly. Hotel was a bit outdated but pretty clean. We weren’t familiar with the area so didn’t want to drive to eat. No walking options. Ordered take-out and it was Denton our room! Great little breakfast. Nice people.

Ample parking for trailers. Friendly staff. "Cold" breakfast not the best in this day and age. Rt 4 out front is a nightmare with Geo Wash Bridge traffic congestion 24/7

The hotel was at the tries to have a pool and it’s been close. We were unable to use the pool and that’s the reason why we rented this place all other than that everything looks old. The elevator is old . The room was clean.

Pool was closed with no notice

After driving all the way there from Suffolk county king island I was told my staff the pool was not accessible due to flooding that occurred on Tuesday that no one made anyone aware of at the time of booking not to mention all of this happened on my birthday my birthday was completely ruined after a 3 hour drive there I sat in the car for another 4 hours while they tried to find another hotel with a pool which they were not able to then finally at 10 pm they wouldn’t even allow me to check in the room I had to be issued a refund I was told I would receive in 7-10 business days there was mold all over the bathroom unflushed feces in the toilets in the woman’s bathroom tissue all over the floor to be hours away from home on my birthday stuck in a filthy hotel parking lot for hours just to have to find somewhere to go at 10 pm ruined my whole entire birthday I wanted to get away for my birthday to be ready for my aunts funeral which is Wednesday August 14th this was the worst birthday ever my sister died 4 months before her 37th birthday I turned 37 yesterday for the both of us and it was ruined by Expedia and that disgusting hotel

Dirty.

We found staff to be friendly and responsive. The building is showing it's age but maintained pretty well. Breakfast was limited did not offer many healthy choices. Apples and oranges every day, one day bananas another real juice. But mostly processed carbs. I would say their best asset is their staff, they were great.

i’m convinced most of the positive reviews are fake. this place has bed bugs, and the staff are very conniving. pls save yourself the headache

AC in the room was very noisy. It is a very old place and not extremely clean.

They should improve breakfast

Overall not a bad place. Check in was excruciatingly slow. Almost an hour and there were two front desk ppl and only 2 ppl in Front of me. Keys kept not working. AC was super loud and super cold and would just turn on for short periods, so kept waking us up. Maid service vacuumed our hallway at 8am for what seemed like 30 mins. Pool was nice, staff was friendly and it wasn’t too expensive. There is nowhere to walk here either. You’ll need to get delivery, drive or get a ride somewhere for food.

My room was not clean especially floor of my room. When I walked on the carpet, I felt sticky things under my feet which was so not clean.

The staff are not friendly!No Duvets in the room.Kitchen not working.Not even a friendly welcome.The Hotel has a smoke stench...Total overhaul needed
