Super professional and warm staff. Catania people never fail to show their care for tourists but this staff was above and beyond! Very close to via Etnea and quick drive to the airport

5-minute walk from pasticceria Savia, via Filomena with the best restaurants, and via Etnea. 20-minute drive from the airport. Clean, safe, professional staff very close to the downtown area!

The hotel is located only a few blocks from the main street so it's easy to get to get to stores, landmarks, the local market, bakeries and restaurants. The hotel is clean and has a nice vibe in the reception and bar area. The staff was very help with questions and even provided us with a snack bag to take with us when we checked out early to catch our plane. So thoughtful. The hotel was popular when we were there with many visitors. A nice breakfast buffet too. For the price we paid it was a good deal and I recommend it.

The hotel is in fair condition. The stuff is okay. The location is very good. Parking lot is far away from the hotel. We bearly found a space in that lot.

Location and staff was great. Hotel rooms need renovations. Bath tubs are slippery making taking a shower dangerous. House cleaning staff make a lot of noise cleaning.

No ac told us to open window. The window had no screen and mosquitoes bites all over. Worst experience ever. Would not refund any money and Expedia would not help either.

We stayed in a junior suite, it was clean and comfortable. Will return again next time!

A very tired hotel in need of some care and attention. for sure, not deserving of a 4 star title!

Hotel is very modern, clean, staff was very friendly. Hotel had alcohol rub distributed in all the floors. Breakfast was very good and there was a lot of choice.

The location is very good. However the building is a bit old and due to the virus the breakfast buffet was very small and there were not many options.

I am very satisfied with this hotel service, amenities, food, and location. Breakfast is splendid, it provides rice and soy milk for vegans.

Pietro and Maria Annarita were superb in helping us achieve 2 days of trips plus a car to Palermo (chauffeured). The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. I will re-book this hotel next visit.

Good hotel, above average in Catania. Very comfortable bed and pillows, very clean and quiet rooms. No airconditioning available in November and the room was hot at night. Opening the window was an option but no breeze came through and the streets below are very noisy, light sleepers should be aware.

Excellent hotel, Mr. Sebastian who received us when we arrived, gave us a very good room on the 10 floor overlooking Mount Etna, delicious breakfast, very well located, close to everything walking, very safe, I loved the hotel, I would return there again

For a 4 star hotel this property is a joke. They keep the centralized ac temp around 27. The rooms smell like mold and are old and run down. Bed is hard and sheets stank. Really not what you'd expect. Besides the fact that the laundry was well priced and breakfast was mediocre, the staff were good

Check in and out process was good, lobby is modern and clean, breakfast had a lot of options to pick from. My room was too warm and my attempts to adjust the temperature setting in the room didn’t work. I called the front desk and she said she could adjust it from her end, which brought it down by 1 degree. It was comfortable enough but I would have preferred adjusting it to my liking instead of being at the mercy of the front desk. In the bathroom, the paint was peeling from the ceiling and when I went to wash my hands at the sink, the water would not drain. Again I called the front desk. They sent someone quickly to look at the sink. He ran the water for 2 or 3 seconds and said it was draining fine. I explained that actually using the sink involved more than a brief running of water and after showing him that when running the water for a practical amount of time resulted in a backed up sink, he proceeded to plunge the sink. After fixing the sink, he was going to leave the sink without cleaning it. I had to ask him to have someone come and clean it for me after which he proceeded to spray it down and cleaned it himself. In the end, everything was satisfactory, but definitely could have been a better experience.

Convenient location, across a bus stop. All the city landmarks are in walking distance. Only improvement room needs is more power outlets or at least usb outlets. Pillows are a bit hard for my taste.

Very noisy if your room faces the Trento Square. Need sound proof windows. Everything else was very good

The hotel is very central. Easy walk to Via Etnea and down to shops, cafes and Sant Agata cathedral.

Water kettle not provided. Bathroom drain partially blocked.

The hotel seemed dated for the price. We had no TV remote control in the room which I reported to reception, but when I tried to return to the room all the lifts had broken down. Reception had said they would send someone up with a new remote control, but presumably they were busy fixing the lift so we went to bed eventually without a remote for the TV as we had an early start the next day.

The hotel is in the center of time and has modern amenities. It was the perfect location for a woman traveling solo and wanted to explore the center of Catania without worrying about the area and safety concerns. I will definitely stay here again if even in Catania.
